See through bag does the job

I like to see what clothes are being stored in a garment bag. This bag is see through and does not have that plastic/vinyl smell to it. It does not have a cardboard form to support the shape of the bag at the bottom so I folded the light cardboard package label that came with it and put it in the bottom of the bag. I ordered 2 of these bags and one came without the front flap that covers the top of the zipper. I did not send it back, but quality control at the factory missed that flaw somehow. It is hard to find a quality made see through garment bag so I am settling for this one. Not the best quality, but ok for my needs.

Great product

Needed storage for many years of dancing costumes. I purchased several of these over time and find that they are excellent for storing the costumes. The longer bag is great for storing prom dresses and long dance costumes. However, if you try to move a bag that is full, be careful as the weight shifts and the hangers fall off.

You do have to be careful about spacing clothes out ...

You do have to be careful about spacing clothes out evenly in it. And you cannot shove as many into it as you could fit into the same space without it. But overall it works very well!

Don’t overload it

At first, this looks like a great product. After loading it, the entire thing fell off the closet bar and the hooks had ripped themselves off through the plastic. It’s in the trash now, unusable!

POOR DESIGN

Please note that by using this item your clothing will be several inches lower than they are now on your rod. If you are very tall you may not like this fact. The worst problem with this item is that the TOP of the item is made out of white material and it is not see through. If your eyes are above the white cover, you cannot see your hangers unless you crouch down. How can you take your hangers out unless you can see exactly where they are? / You have to crouch down to see where the hanger is and than take it out. ( Also you cannot take your clothing out by moving them upward or sidways, but only by moving them downward via the zippered opening, which again is very frustrating if the item is hanging very low on the rod and you are tall. ) The taller you are, the more problematic this item will be for you. THere is one positive side: It has no plastic odor.

Perfect for protecting special clothing.

I have a few things I just can't part with...things I'll probably never wear but sentimental things I'll never part with...and I wanted to keep them nice. My mother had bags like these and I thought one might work for me. I was totally right... It's perfect...and I can see thru the bag, so I can see these special things while they're protected!

Flimsy

I was looking forward to receiving this hanging wardrobe because I've had trouble finding one in the shorter length. I use hanging wardrobes a lot and have been generally pleased with them, but this one is inferior. The attachments from the two hanging hooks to the rod are very flimsy and can't handle much stress; even filling the bag with lighter items caused one of the attachments to fail from the weight of the clothing. Also, the clothes hanging in the bag have to be very carefully balanced or the entire thing colapses -- I cringe whenever I have to put something in or take something out. I have made my own modifications by tightening the attachments with pliers and by stabilizing the placement of the hooks with masking tape, so I will continue to use this until I can find a suitable replacement. But in short, the bag is very poorly designed and I suspect that buyers will be disappointed.

Not very strong

I ordered two of these, and one of them completely broke after a few weeks. Its not very strong, and can;t hold more than a few items. You have to be very careful balancing the weight too, or the whole thing tips and slides. The zipper and plastic are fine, but the metal frame inside is very weak. This might be ok for holding a couple light shirts, but i would not recommend for hanging suits or coats, which is what I bought it for. I ended up just buying a whole bunch of individual plastic covers instead, which don't have any metal frames inside.

Une catastrophe !

La tringle à l'intérieure et les deux crochets sont honteusement fins ! Inutile de penser suspendre vos vêtements, tout s'effondre. Le retour s'est fait sans problème.
