Very very waterproof

If you need a pair of rain pants do not hesitate to buy the HH pants. They are more expensive but worth it. The water literally runs off these pants. They are also minimally lined on the inside which means you can wear them with pants on or without. I would size up.

Great Waterproof Pants for Golf

So happy with this purchase. Bought them for those rainy golf days when our league makes us play. Got them last week, and just survived a drizzly/rainy round Wednesday. With my waterproof jacket and these pants, my clothes underneath were completely dry. Per other reviewers I ordered a size up since I planned to slip them over my golf pants. Perfect. I’m a 34/34 and ordered XL. Great length and fit great and looks like they are well made. Oh yeah, the price is right too.

Great rain pants

I bought these for my boyfriend to wear when it rains for golf. (We live in Washington State, it rains a lot here). He absolutely loves them. They are comfortable to rain resistant. They fit perfectly. He is 6 foot and slender, ordered an extra large and they are perfect.

More stylish than practical??

Figured I can't go wrong with a pair of rain pants, but these things are tailored very strangely in that they are SUPER TIGHT at the upper thighs and there is no extra material around the crotch, so much so that I expect the crotch seam is going to tear whenever I bend over or crouch down...They seem like they are tailored to be a slim-fit modern style fit pants, but these are RAIN PANTS!! They are SUPPOSED to be loose so you can EASILY get them on and off OVER your pants!! I bought the medium and I am 5'-7" 170lbs for reference, these must be made for really skinny people!?

Good quality, great price but tight. My son usally wears a large- xlarge. We had to return to order an xxl. They seem to run slim.

Bit tight, order one size up of your regular size (if you are using it for cycling)

Great product. The material is very good quality and it fits perfectly. It may a little tight so just ordered a size up and it will be perfect for you. I used in rainy days in my daily commute in my bycicle and works perfectly.

Totally waterproof

These are perfectly waterproof! My husband made me take them (He'd bought them for a fishing trip and didn't end up using them) when I went to an outdoor concert as a "just in case" item. Thank goodness he did, it ended up pouring rain. My legs were the driest part of me. Super comfortable, the elastic waist isn't tight, and the legs were more than long enough to cover my shoes with the zipper undone a bit. I'm 5'6" so they were longer on me, but did the trick. I'm now in the market for the women's version.

good quality

I have bought a man small size and it suits me well-because it fits like a youth large size. Very waterproof and reasonably breathable. Material feels study.A mesh layer also helps for comfortability. If there are pockets I will give it 5 star.

So far so good.

I am a 32 waist. Medium is just large enough to pull over a pair of jeans and still be loose enough to move around comfortably. The zippered ankles make donning the pants pretty easy.

No Pockets

I am a huge fan of Helly Hansen, and love their products, these disappoint because they have no pockets, not even a small inner key pocket, makes them less functional for me. They are however truly wind and waterproof.

Not brand new

The pants arrived quick. However, the packaging looks like a plastic bag from a recycle bin. The pants have tag attached, but they are not clean (sticky in certain areas) and wrinkled.
