Use rubbing alcohol/soap and water to clean.

I didn't look at the reviews when I purchased this. I definitely should have. As soon as I took it out of the box, there was this sticky residue covering the ball. I tried washing the ball with soap and water and drying it with a paper towel but that didn't work. I then tried soaking it. I tried Lysol wips. So, I looked at the paper in the box. It said the ball was coated with some substance that helps the ball inflate and you have to use soap and water to wash it off. It also says you can use rubbing alcohol. I didn't want to give up on this ball because my daughter loves Frozen so I told myself I try one more time and if it's still there; I'll just have to return it because that slimy on the ball just feels gross on my hands. I didn't have rubbing alcohol at the time so I used alcohol wipes I had left over from my surgery. It took about 95% of it off. If my daughter didn't love Frozen so much I definitely wouldn't have tried so hard cleaning a ball all day... She loves playing with it but I definitely wouldn't purchase again or at all if I read the reviews in the first place. But that's my fault. Good luck

Granddaughter Loves This!

Gross film that won’t come off

Bought this after my kid had played with it somewhere. Had a gross tacky slimy coating that won’t come off right out of the box.

The ball came with a sticky texture - so it picks up everything indoor and outside. First time with this company/ is this the norm

Ball WON'T hold air!!

I've had the ball for a few days and it HASN'T been able to hold air. I have to put air in it a few times a day so my grandchildren can play with it.I don't know about others but my ball is leaking air around the place where you put the air in it. ????

Cute but crap

The first day we had the ball it broke. We did not over inflate the ball. In fact it is easy to inflate you dont need the pump. You can blow it up like a balloon. It hit the fence and broke. There was nothing sharp. It is a PVC fence. We literally played with it for 5 minutes.
