Manufacturer Replacement Part

This cord is a perfect replacement for my shark vac. Make sure you look up your shark vac model to ensure this is the correct part number. Easy install and replacement and my shark vac is working like new again.

Hayward cord

Install on my shark was really easy. The only part that might give some trouble is the plastic cap the cord goes through. It takes a special tool to remove and replace. The you can make needle nose pliers work but it calls for a torque number to insure proper seal. It is cord only with pens already installed on the end but no seals are included.

So far, so good

We only had this new cord in use for a few weeks prior to shutting the pool down for the season. It works so far. What is really a bummer is that we need it so soon to begin with. We only used the pool vac 3 summers before it stopped working and needing a new cord.

unusable!

the cable itself is only a little thinner than the original, too bad they forget to say that it is not possible to replace it as the connections inside the motor are heat-sealed and therefore impossible to replace !!! USELESS, MONEY THROWN AWAY!!!

Pleasantly surprised

Purchased this for my Hayward aqua vac 500 the cord is a little thinner and obviously does not have the Detangler works amazing back up and running in five minutes Great product thank you
