Not really sure exactly where to start here... I guess the first thing would be that this is the biggest crock of false advertisement that I personally have ever seen. I guess I will start with the two bold faced flat out lies: #1- regulation size-NOPE... these are much much smaller than advertised they are NOT 2 1/8" but rather some sort of mini puck closer to 1 1/4"-1 1/2" in diameter (which to be honest actually probably are better for my homemade 9' table than the larger pucks would have been but that doesn't make up for the fact they they straight up lied. #2- Beveled edge- NOPE... the edges are straight as an arrow and these turds bulldoze everything in their path as if that is what they were actually created to do rather than glide over top of the powdered wax. Every now and then they will glide nicely over top of the wax and play as they are intended, but most of the time they leave a long ugly track that screws up the whole game. The case is a lightweight, poorly constructed piece of crap that is most certainly going to break if you attempt to carry it by the handle. Now that is the bad stuff, and if I had to rate it on those attributes alone it would be somewhere in the range of -5. However, they do have some redeeming qualities: The smaller size of the pucks is great for a smaller shuffleboard table such as mine 9-10' and they are actually pretty well constructed, evenly weighted and of decent quality. They shipped fast (thats the only thing they do fast, due to the bulldozing feature they tend to stop dead halfway down the board). Ultimately I kept them and it was mainly because after some fine altering (adding my own bevel with some sanding/polishing) and fine tuning my silicone spray to powder wax ratio I was able to make them work fairly well. The most redeeming characteristic was actually the one I was most disappointed with upon opening the box and that is the smaller size. They really do work better than regulation size on my smaller table, it makes for a more challenging game. However, that does NOT make up for blatant lies and false advertisement. Not cool Blue Wave Products inc. not cool at all.

No more PLOWING!

I recently purchased a shuffleboard table from Sams Club. Its a beautiful table which I almost returned after a few days. The wax (sand) would bunch. I would throw the weight and it would just drop and plow the field. I tried different waxes (I own 8 different cans now) and silicon sprays and wax. Nothing stopped this. I tried everything else and finally tried these weights. My wife said I was grinning ear to ear during the game...not a single weight plowed the field. I could play the game FINALLY!!! A nice bonus is the wooden case. My kids aren't old enough to play unsupervised yet so when we are done playing I put them in the case and put the weights up high.

Nice!

We needed another set of pucks so we could team play. Although these are not as nice as our others they are perfect for the kids and worked for team play. If I ever need another set for everyday play and kids I will purchase these again. also, the case is a nice have to put the extra sets away when not needed.

These things are as good as the pucks that came with my shuffleboard table ...

One of my daughter's friends has sticky fingers and I suspect my missing puck went into her backpack, so here I am writing this review. These things are as good as the pucks that came with my shuffleboard table from the factory, so I'm definitely happy to have a complete set up and running again. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do, I would buy these again.

Hathaway shuffleboard pucks.

Even after reading all the posts about being small or being of regulation size, I did think they were a bit small than what I envisioned, but they ended up working just fine on my smaller shuffle board.

I concur with the previous reviewer who said these pucks solved their issue with pucks plowing. No idea why but they work great. And yes they are a bit smaller than standard but they are 2 1/8” as per the description. Great for a shorter table.
