Good quality

It seems to be very sturdy. I wish the wires were longer but otherwise I love it.

Beautifully made set but has a serious flaw

Beautifully finished, durable quality carry bag , solid brass threaded connector from handle to mallet head. Brass fitting on the handle is weak. Two of these broke free from the wooden handle the first time used. Two of the other four fittings look like they are beginning to fail. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue. I repaired the two broken handles by placing 4 hardened reinforcing pins into the handle shaft and JB Welded the brass fitting to the reinforced handle end. Hope this works. I did not try to contact the seller. If you have this set or plan to purchase one I would suggest tightly wrapping the handle base and brass fitting with 2” wide clear Gorilla tape. Probably 3-4 thicknesses. I did that to all my handles. Looks very secure and is nearly invisible. Again this is a well made set.

Good quality but don't expect the carrying case that is shown.

The set looks beautiful but the balls can get dented fairly easy. Seems like the set itself is really good quality that should last for several years and should probably be a 4 or 5 star rating. Having said that, I almost rated it 2 stars because I am highly disappointed in the carrying case. The case that is shown has holders built in it to keep all of the pieces in place. That is not the case that I received! There is absolutely nothing within the case that will hold anything in place. It is basically an empty case made to throw all of the pieces in together where they can slide around scraping and denting each other. This seems like a slight form of false advertisement in my mind. AMAZON, DON'T SHOW PICTURES THAT MISREPRESENT THE PRODUCT, it is not fair to the customer.

Nice Set

I bought this set after returning a different brand that was junk. This one is really nice. I like how everything fits in the bag. One of our sticks did break already. I glued it so will see how it holds up. Other than that everything about it is really nice.

Very nice Croquet set

I'm very impressed with this croquet set. It seems very sturdy and well made. Our last set only lasted a few months (a few of the balls even had a rattle from the beginning). We've only used this set a few times so far, but it seems as though it will last much longer than the last.

Nice set EXCEPT for the storage bag

Nice set EXCEPT for the storage bag. Once the mallets are screwed together, they are too long to fit in the bag. Are we really supposed to unscrew them every time they get put away?!

Not as sturdy nor durable as you would hope for.

On first use of the set they mallets feel very sturdy... unfortunately, within 10 uses of the set, we have had one break. Unfortunately, I can't find the manufacturer contact information and cannot get a replacement for the broken mallets and torn bag. The bag is very fragile and the ends of the mallets tear through it quickly. It would be great to find the manufacturer contact information to obtain a replacement for the broken mallet and torn bags...

A Nice Gift!

So far, so good. The parts all fit together solid and it comes with a decent carrying bag. I'm sure the family I gifted it to will have lots of fun with this set.
