This is very high quality - How I used it
I bought 6 (plus a spare) of the Hansgrohe faucets and I wanted to finish off the bathrooms with matching towel racks etc. I could not find a 30 inch chrome towel rack - I could only find a 30 inch in brushed nickel finish. So I have been looking at several options. I had ordered this paper holder just to see how well I liked the matching parts before I found out I could not find my towel bars. I like the quality well enough and thought about what I really needed and decided to repurpose this as a towel holder!!! I had one white towel holder (ring) that needed replacing to match the new faucets. I kept looking at this as a paper holder but I had it sitting on the sink and looked over at the towel ring and voila! It would fit perfectly and it matched the faucet and looked really good. I got out my tools and in a few minuts I had a square shaped towel holder instead of a ring. This is quite sturdy and easily holds a full size bath towel just as easily as a hand towel. The screws that came with this were made to screw into a stud, not drywall. I used my own screws and anchors. This did come with anchors but the screws had a long "no thread" area that would not allow any threads in the drywall area. I didn't take off a star for this - it seems like such a minor thing and it was easily taken care of. Plus it did not affect the final finish in any way. I'm not sure if there were supposed to be two sets of screws with this - one for stud mounting area and one for open drywall area or not. I would like to point out that unlike the picture i have my holder pointed the other way (the opening is to the right). This was for two reasons - the hex screws that hold the paper holder to the mount are then on the bottom and right side - and the opening is away from the doorway. I was afraid someone would snag themselves if the open side was very near the door. So - in thinking outside the box I have a very nice, very different towel holder. -Gerry

Design + Quality
My husband bought one when he remodeled our bathroom. Three years later we moved and ordered 3 more for bathrooms and powder room. Simple, attractive design that holds well over time. I will buy one more for another guest bedroom.

Looks great. Don't put it where you can knock the paper off the end.
If you bump the toilet paper roll, you can get it to shoot off the end of the holder pretty easily. Consider where you're going to put this - my toilet is in a small alcove so the wall is near your elbow, leading to the problem where you bump the roll with your elbow and it falls off. I might have been better off with a holder that is closed on both sides, or even one that is sunk into the wall surface. It does look beautiful and modern and I do recommend it if your space isn't too tight.

Worked perfectly
I've been looking for a toilet paper holder that opened to the left and not stick out too far from cabinet. Finally found this and it's perfect.

Bought this to match with the Hansgrohe 4051600 S and E Towel Bar and Grohe 40365001 Towel ring. They look very nice together. However, the bar is not stationary and swivels - I would prefer that it was a fixed bar for the toilet paper. Also, I think the diameter of the ring (or hook) part of the paper holder is a little too small - I would prefer that it was closer to the diameter of the towel ring or towel bar. Function is not affected, I would prefer that the diameter was a little more substantial. If I had it to do over, I would probably purchase a different one.

Heavy duty, nice. I only gave it 4 stars, because I ordered the wrong one by mistake. I meant to order the one that has the cover. since I prefer the ones that have covers. Recommend.

Solid construction, very sleek and classy, great finish
Solid construction. It is heavy and looks great on the wall. Matches with my Hansgrohe EuroSmart faucets. Better than I expected, to be honest. Typical manufacturer in that they only include very weak drywall anchors. If installing to drywall, I'd get something a bit more heavy duty. Probably overkill, but I went with toggle bolts myself. I really don't want this ripping out.

Beautiful and Functional
Beautiful, well made, functional. Matches our Hansgrohe Metris S faucets. Does not take up too much space on the wall. Is not too heavy. We've used it for six months. TP does not rub on the wall. The roll comes off of the holder every once in awhile when the roll is almost used up. This isn't something that bothers me or my husband. We also purchased Hansgrohe fixtures for our shower. We are extremely happy with the result.

Great fit and finsh.
Quality finsh and material. I bought the 12" towel bar also. Price is higher then other makes but the quality and finsh is top notch.
