Great but be sure to have the right tools.
The shower in our house already had 2 very old Hans Grohe body sprays, both of which had seen better days. They leaked badly and sprayed random patterns because of mineral buildup inside. I chose these because they are also Hansgrohe and the mounting matched what I had. I am very impressed. I love the fact that the sprayers are soft rubber so that any mineral buildup can be easily cleaned, and love the fact that they can be adjusted and aimed and are not simply fixed in place. I don't plan to use the "on/off" function as I have a separate volume knob, but this function does work well. They were challenging to install because the instructions suggested using teflon tape (not included) on the pipe, but the pipe is IN THE WALL by definition, so this is impossible. I got a small tube of plumber's grease and coated the threads on the inside of the sprayer before mounting them (don't use too much!), and this seemed to work fine. I also needed some large channel-lock pliers, as my #10 crescent wrench was not large enough to install these. Be sure to have a tube of silicone bath & shower caulk as well, as you are supposed to seal the area between the pipe and the wall thoroughly before installing the sprayers. Overall a great product provided you have the right tools.
