Whew, this is better!
In our quest to regain great fitness in our middleaged bodies, my husband and I have been riding our bikes more often and further. Tingly, sometimes painful wrists and fingers were an issue. We don't wear the fancy bike outfis (where we live it almost seems like a requirement, so on that basis, I refuse! LOL) and I did not want to pay $30 for riding gloves. Yeah, baby, these gloves at $8 are great. Gloves are hot when it is 95 degrees out but being fingerless really helped. There is cushion in all the right spots for me and they aren't as gawdy as some of the pro brand gloves(believe me-no one is going to mistake either my husband or myself for Lance Armstrong-gosh, I hope they don't mistake me for him!!) Bottom line-good gloves, great price. Oh! order a larger size than what you would think for yourself-seem small. I am a woman, and ordered medium for myself and xl for hubby and neither of us have huge or fat hands. I love a deal and love Amazon. Shopping in a comfy chair in your nightgown is the best!

Gotta Hand It to Ventura
Well, I gotta hand it to Ventura for creating a quality product. I purchased these to keep my hands from getting so beat up operating my walk behind mower. These have padding on the whole underside of your hand. They also have a nice terrycloth backing on the thumb and are of your hand you naturally whip your brow with. Great for hot day of working in the yard. Not sure how they will hold up but I will put them to the text. I have VERY large hands and the XL fits but it is not to big for sure. I am pretty sure they will stretch out a bit after working in the yard a few times.

Feel the difference
I don't have custom grips on my bike so I decided to get the gel gloves to see if they would absorb some of the road and trail shock. These worked like a charm. Great price for a good product. Only 4 stars because they are a little bulky in the palm area (extra material) and I'm not sure if that's because of the shape of my hand or just poor construction.

Better than I expected
Gloves did not seem to have much padding at first but the gel is adequate and not bulky. At first, the stitching dug in between my fingers, and I thought I would not be able to wear the gloves. After wearing them a few times they seem too conform to my hands. I wear them often, they're comfortable and they seem to hold up pretty well. Good product at a good price.

It may be "Gelling", but doesn't offer much cushioning
These are well made biking gloves, let me say that first. They have the look of something that will last. My problem is the "gel" part of the equation! Where's the beef?...as the old commercial cried. My old theadbare pair of Bell "gel" gloves still have more cushioning oommph than these new gloves do. My hands "numb" within 45 minutes, on average. I like 'em, I just don't LOVE them. Double the gel, and all will be well!!

Ventura Gel Glove Dissapointed
Although the padding of these gloves is superior, the design is flawed in that the webbing between the fingers cuts into you webb. I initially thought they perhaps I had purchased a size too small for me so I decided to gift them to a friend who has much smaller hands but had the same discomfort with the way the space between the fingers cuts into your finger webbing. I have owned many a pair of biking gloves and never had this problem with any other. I guess when it comes to something like gloves the only sure thing is to try them on in a store before ordering online.

mediocore gloves
Bought these as well as a pair of Avenirs. These lasted less than 6 mo. and the Avenirs are still good after over a year. Would not buy again, but they were cheaply priced so I'm not upset. The other gloves were only about a dollar or so more.

Great bike gloves
The only problem with these was the size is very large. My husband gave them to a friend who loved them. He said they really help with hand cramping and soreness on long bike trips.

A tried and true cycling glove
This purchase is for a second and third pair of the same gloves. I have owned the original pair of these gloves for 3 years and 1000s of kilometres of cycling. They are durable and comfortable. The original pair are still in daily use. I have a small hand (size 7 glove). I purchased the size medium glove.

Son muy cómodos.
Generalmente cuando andaba en bici mi piel se raspaba demasiado por los movimientos del pavimento (subidas, bajadas, topes, etc) pero desde que tengo los guantes ya no pasa eso. Son muy resistentes y son cómodos.
