Made for (wo)Men with Big Hands

I picture a big Golden Glove boxer. Definitely not my medium to small sized women’s hands. I could almost put 2 fingers in each finger hole and the whole thing was larger than my hand when securing it on. NOT MADE FOR SMALL SIZED HANDS. Otherwise, a well made product and definitely 4 pounds!

Decent pair of hand weights

Another item I bought for my disabled mother to work on her arm strength. They’re decent, just a basic low cost weighted glove. They fit decently, wouldn’t say they are to comfortable though. The Velcro part tends to continuously scrape against your wrist which starts to hurt after awhile. If you just need a cheap pair of weighted gloves that you don’t plan on using for any extended amount of time, these may work for you.

Hands Free ✋

I brought them for my cousin ,cause he has MS and his hands shake. Thw weighted gloves help him with the shakes and still be able to use has hands like as if he didn't have them on . I would recommend them for anybody that has MS working out or any other task that required hand coordination.

Great glove but has minor flaws.

Okay so I just bought these 3 days ago and I can honestly say that I love them. I practice a mixed variety of techniques and need to get in shape. Comfort: This product is great for shadowboxing and I have not used them with boxing gloves over them yet. Stretch: I give them a 4 star review due to the durability of elasticity, around the thumb is getting extremely worn out and I believe its due to the amount of movement from the weight during exercises. Also, I am 160 at 5'8" and the wrist strap does not tighten enough due to the design seeming to be for a larger wrist. This may be why the gloves move so much and the thumb is work out. A solution, I will add some duct tape to preserve where its started to break and see how it holds.

It's not bad

I don't see me using them all the time for cardio kickboxing. Its loose in many areas (see pics) and that concerns me for my wrists and form when throwing punches. I'd imagine these would be at a Ross/TJ Maxxx for $5-$10. Probably going to return and splurge on true gloves, but if you're looking at $20 or below, they are contenders, not great but like I said in the headline, not bad.

2 lbs Weights Do Not Fit Women

Women need 2lb weights too. These were labeled as "men's" and the 1 lb as "women's". I need 2 lbs so I went ahead and ordered as they are velcro and adjustable. I have an average size hand and wrist and these are huge around my wrist. I tighten them as far as they will go plus some and there is still a huge, like 1 inch, gap between my wrist and these gloves. The gloves can be distracting while working out because they slide around. The only pro to this, if you can call it that, is with that large gap the glove isn't constantly hitting the button on the side of my Apple Watch during exercise. I have another pair of 2 lb gloves that fit perfectly (they were out of stock) but wanted a second pair because I left my "good" ones at our vacation home and didn't want to carry them back and forth. I would not buy these again and wish I would've just waited until the others came back in stock.

They are just as advertised but there are some flaws ...

They are just as advertised but there are some flaws. 1 is that the soft Velcro strip isn't very long so they fit very loose unless you strap the hard Velcro to the glove itself which is actually doable but impractical. 2nd is durability, or, lack thereof. I use these solely for air boxing/ Shadow boxing to improve the force of my punches and one night after about an hour or so I looked down and saw that the Velcro strip had come unthreaded from the left glove. They really are fairly heavy and do the job but build quality could use some improvement.

Not the best ones out there

Not the best ones out there. They rip and become very loose and hang off hands after many uses. They actually hurt my wrists after that due to no support. Had to stop using them.
