Perfect Size

This little grater lasts forever and is the perfect size for daily small job use (I wouldn’t want to grate an entire block of cheese with it though).

Oldie but Goodie!

This is the exact same style and made of the same material and weight that my Mother bought in 1959 when I was a kid. We still have the old one and it wasn't until about four years ago that the top handle broke off. It didn't seem dull until last year and we still used it and it worked. It was time to replace it and I was very happy to see this old standby is still in existence. Take care of it, hand wash only, and it'll last for a long, long time of perfect service. The last one lasted over 50 years and I look forward to my Daughter using it long after I'm gone:)

smaller than i thought

i was expecting a bigger one... i dont have a ruler so i cant check tho this size is barely big enough to be usable quality is mediocre. i have seen lower quality at walmart. i have seen much higher quality (even at walmart). plastic handle attachment at the top gets in the way of the first row of graters. i would recommend people buy the next size up unless they want a really small one.

Works like a charm

This basic design has been around forever and there's a very good reason why. It works. Unlike so many of these foo foo looking versions that have oval exteriors, weird handles, no handles or minimal grating space - this is the real deal. It is sturdy, it offers 4 different grating options, and it is available at a very acceptable price compared to fancier, useless, celebrity-chef endorsed products. Look, it worked for your grandmother and I guarantee it'll work for you.

Good Quality Grader

This is a nice quality grater for a good price. I purchased this particular one because it is dishwasher safe. So far so good on this front, it has been on the top and bottom rack without any issues. I have only used the side that will shred cheese but it works very well and is sharp. It does have a rubber piece around the base which is nice because it will help prevent scratching a plate or bowl if you decide to grate directly onto it. Handle is nicely rounded and is comfortable to hold.

This is like 5 inches long. It hurts to hold this. Cannot use it at all. You’ll either cut your fingers or hands on it while holding it or get hurt some how
