Good material, but a bit too tacky and thin for my laser cut stencils.

The material is great because it does not deform, so maintains it's alignment, but the tack is so strong I had difficulty placing multiple strips adjacently. Also, in cutting with a laser, the frisket material melted back from the cut line is some areas if the cut was too slow, leaving uneven edges. The material is great for it's original use, but for my uses, I will have to try the other, normal tack, thicker version next time.

Not a happy camper!

I purchase this to make a stencil for painting. The very first thing when I opened it and began to unroll the film, I see that there are creases and air bubbles in the film to begin with. I attempted to fix it and decided to go ahead and try doing a stencil. Will a brand-new exacto knife blade would not cut through the film. So I used a small pair of scissors and I was able to get it cut with no issues. However when I went to take the stencil off the backing part of the film just literally ripped in two. The role that I purchased was supposed to be extra tacky because I was wanting to put it on canvas and it would not stick to anything. Extremely disappointed and now back to square one! I wasted money time and supplies.

Absolutely perfect

This material is so perfect, I order another roll, it literally will stick to anything for more than 24hrs, it is easy to mask off and cut. I will keep buying this frisket.

Excellent product

This worked great for mural painting. No bleed. Easy to cut. Just the right amount of tack on latex painted wall.

works great to mask off large area in watercolor

Such a time saver as you don't have to apply masking fluid and let it dry. Gives a nice clean edge to masked out areas like with this white lily. I was able to mask out my white flower and paint the dark background all at once.
