Overall Satisfied
Considering I have very little counterspace (3rd pic is pretty much it), this thing is amazing. Even at the hottest setting it doesn't get too hot to touch on the outside - uncomfortable on the back, but harder for the little ones to reach so it nulls that danger. The racks feel a little flimsy to the touch as I coulda swore one cracked as I was pulling it out and removing all the packaging - but it didn't. I plan on handwashing regardless of the fact that it says it is dishwasher safe - would rather not. So far soaking in hot soapy water then cleaning it with a bottle brush seems to be doing the trick. It is SUPER quiet too! Like, I stepped out of the kitchen to the other side of the wall behind the sink, and I couldn't hear it. The beeps it makes when done are juuust loud enough to hear in the back of the unit. So far, quite happy with my purchase! I've used it three times so far in the past week (fruit leathers, dried some fruit out as a trial, then the jerky) and have many - MANY more plans for it!

Love
My family and I use this every week sometimes more, we mostly make apple chips. I cut the apples at 7 or 8 at night, set it for 12hrs and they are done in the morning. The only problem is the apples are so good we eat the right away. I have used it 5 times in one week. So it's already paying for its self and we haven't even tried jerky yet. I am a family of 8 mind you.

Awesome dehydrator!
This dehydrator makes creating my cookie much more efficient! nocrumbleftbehind on Etsy. It seems very well built. Neither too large or too small. There are several trays that slide in and out making moving my cookies in to dry between base and detail coats so easy! It is whisper quiet and simple to use! I would not hesitate to suggest others purchase this product????

Nice Dehydrator
This is the first one I have ever own. Based on others pictures I thought it was going to be smaller. However, it's a lot bigger that I expected and I couldn't be happier. After plugging it in, I was amazed how quiet this is. It's going to be great to run while we are sleeping. Great bang for my buck and being my first dehydrator. It has plenty of trays to get some good stuff going. Easy to use right off the bat.

Loving it
Bought thinking I would use mostly for making dehydrated sweet potatoes for the dog and beef jerky but that's just a bit of what we've ended up doing. Totally addicted to dehydrated apple rings and banana chips. Fruit leather is another really good treat. It works great, very easy to use and clean up afterwards. Glad we got it.

Gourmia GFD1680 Premium Countertop Food Dehydrator
One of the best dehydrator in the market. I have dehydrated several batches of beef jerky, some apples, and the results were amazing. The drying racks are the things that hopefully the manufacturer think about to upgrade to stainless steel. Even though the material looks durable, I still fear that one day, the material will break up. I still prefer stainless steel. Other than that, the whole machine is of very good quality. Highly recommended.

Finely one friendly use dehydrator, small enough to easy storage, big enough to make great treats, I enjoy the silence, no noise, Operating temperature up to 175f, Timer up to 19h, best purshase, I strongly recommend this product.
