Nice! Much bigger than it seems from the description pictures. Its made in India so don't expect high end quality. Some of the soldering was uneven. Like most reviewers have noticed, the sun and star will usually be bent upon arrival. That is due to the 3rd world packing materials. Easy enough to fix by hand without tools. We sort of like our sun with the rays a little askew. This is made properly so water wont enter the post and cause it to split or seize up. Well worth the price when you consider US craftsman made equivalents are more than double the cost. Not difficult to assemble. I found the instruction sheet measurement for the placement of the collar under the larger sphere to be wrong.

Beautiful, but arrived with broken glass and bent designs

Was really looking forward to giving this as a gift and was disappointed it arrived in such bad shape.

Tiny Brass Screw missing

Love the weathervane but had a part missing...When I unboxed the weathervane & checking time be sure I has all the parts the ring was loosely apart from all the packaging. I spread out all the parts & the tiny screw to the brass ring was missing..Is there anyway I can get the screw..That’s all I need. Thank you

Need a better design

I bought the Amazon warehouse refurbished at much lower price.... I don’t think this model’s built quality is worth for the regular price comparable to those higher end models.... to improve the built quality, the star and sun portion of the arrow should be improved to a more decorative 3D star and sun instead of a plain sheet copper cut-out solder-on. The 3D star and sun will be stronger and avoiding the shipping damages of bent tips experienced by others as well.

Nice garden/patio addition

Beautiful and well made. More care should be taken in protecting the sun and star. A couple of the sun rays were slightly bent and even when bent back there is still a crease. This doesn't bother me as that doesn't detract from the overall look. The copper is oxidizing nicely creating a variant patina that enhances the relief aspects of the crescent moon. Easily assembled although the directions were slightly off. I would purchase again for myself or a gift.

I have this on top of my shed! Its beautiful and different. The stained glass is just beautiful, especially when light shines through it.
