Hilarious, easy to play!!
We got this as a new addition to our game night options with friends, and the cover looked like our daughter, lol!. Even tho we are a bit older than the demo it was very easy to play and such a blast for everyone. Loved the funny cards and ability to wreck someone that is on a roll…the design is awesome!

Funny but
Directions could be a little clearer. It had some funny cards to it. Like a bootleg IG cards against humanity. We had fun with it a few times around but I'll probably gift it to the office Christmas party lol

A fun party game
This was a fun party game. It was pretty easy to pick up, and was more fun the more you know your opponents. Playing with strategy definitely makes it more fun, but players can easily go into it without much of a plan and still have plenty of fun. This game would go over well with those who like games like Apples to Apples or Cards Against Humanity.

Fun game for a couple rounds
If I’m being honest, I got this game because it looked kind of cringey in a fun way and I knew my friend group would think the concept and cards were funny. I think it’s okay to say cringey because you can tell the game creators had a sense of humor while creating the cards as well. When you first read the rules everyone is probably going to be confused and asking you to repeat them. As long as you understand the basics - tell them no and start your first round. Once you start it’s pretty easy to figure out and the instructions just make it seem a little more complex of a game than it actually is. Make sure you shuffle well! We had an issue with poor shuffling skills at the beginning and had to restart the game. Basically you are trying to gain as many followers as you can while avoiding issues that block you from gaining more followers. There’s follower cards, problem cards, remedy cards, and safety cards. Follower cards just earn you followers and help towards the objective of the game. Problem cards are like a block to stop you from gaining followers. Remedy cards are how you can get rid of problem cards so you can go back to focusing on the objective. And safety cards do exactly what they say - save you from problems. We played with 4 people and I think we had the most fun during the first game when none of us had read the funny prompts on the card. The first game went by slow for us because all of us had problem cards and none of us could pickup the right remedy cards to get us out of it. I think I had 4 turns straight where I couldn’t do anything except discard one card and pick up another card. It made the game a little boring for me because I really couldn’t do anything except watch other people play their cards and get hit with more problems. Overall - I think it’s a fun game for groups of friends who have never played it before but I think it will get boring if you’re continually trying to play with the same group of people who have already read all the cards. We are also in our 20’s so maybe the game would be more fun with high school aged kids. I think the concept is really fun there’s just some things I would do differently to make it a little more fast paced

Update to an old classic!
We are a huge game playing family. When you've been playing games for as long as we have, you start to realize there are only a few categories of games. Like this game, they might have a little twist or interesting detail that sets them apart from the original, but essentially they are based on a classic. OMG I'm Famous! is basically the classic French card game Mille Bornes. It's been around since the 50's and has been a favorite in my family for generations! Where Mille Bornes has you going on a car trip racking up miles, OMG I'm Famous! has you racking up followers. It's an interesting take on a classic. Since we were familiar with the premise of the game, we picked it up quickly and my 13 and 14 year old kids got a kick out of the cards which of course speak more to their generation than to me or my husband, odd because the manufacturer bypasses it's own target audience with a 17+ rating! It can be frustrating and slow moving at times, like when you are waiting for the remedy card you need to fix your particular situation, but funny and strategic when deciding when and how to hazard your opponents. If you own Mille Bornes, you may not need this in your game collection. If I had to pick between the two, I would stick with the classic. Something to keep in mind, there is questionable language or pictures on some cards and therefore is labeled as 17 and up. One of the cards shows a banana with an unrolled condom on top like a hat. I do not feel the language or pictures adds anything to the game at all, in fact I think this detracts from the quality of the game and limits its audience. This was something the manufacturer could easily have edited or avoided all together and still had the overall game effect. See my photo, my finger is covering the curse words. At $18 (as of 6/22) I find this game to be overpriced for what it is, a deck of cards in a box. The artwork on the cards is very basic and feels incomplete or rushed. Like they were in a hurry to get the game to market and failed to fill in the rest of the card. The cards are bordered with a thin colored line, this is meant to help you categorize your cards and match up the right remedy to the right hazard, but the lines are so thin it is hard to differentiate. In my picture, I show a card with a pink line and a card with an orange line. Unless you are playing in a very well lit room, these will be hard to see. More of an effort should have been made to identify the safety cards as well, they literally get lost in the shuffle. Bottom line, I like the idea of a twist on an old classic, but I just feel this one could have been better. For me it fell short and is not a game we are likely to reach for again.
