Rubbed and chafed under the arm pits.

The vest rubbed and chafed under my daughter's arms such that we ended up switching to a life jacket for snorkeling. My daughter is 10yrs old and very slender. The rubbing was from the roughness of the materials, not because of improper fit.

My 5 year old grandson loves this vest.

Just got back from 2 weeks on the big island. We snorkeled every day. My grandson felt completely at ease because this vest worked so well.

Must have for snorkeling

Packed this for vacation for our 9 year old to wear snorkeling. So easy to blow up and it worked fantastically to keep her buoyant and safe. Packs down small. Highly recommend!!

Decent value snorkeling vest

Used this multiple times, both in a pool and in the sea and it did the job as expected. Easy to inflate/ deflate and we had no issues with the valve. The straps are a bit long so you have to tie them off or they can dangle and the vest can ride up the body a little at times thus 4 out of 5 stars, but overall it is decent value.

Easy to pack, not quite durable enough

I loved how easy this was to pack, it fit my 7 year old daughter well. However after the 3rd use it wasn’t holding air very well. I was unable to find a leak and made sure the blow up valve was not stuck open. It held enough air snorkel for short periods which is all we needed but the ones I purchased my sons held up much better.

Love but torn

I really loved this product, backed up very small and worked well at keeping my inexperienced 5yr old swimmer afloat, the problem is that it gave her rashes on both arms from the constant rubbing. I had to remove it at day 3 of use and use a regular vest to avoid further damage from the constant friction.

Best thing for snorkeling!

My family wore these on a trip to the Galapagos. If you don't inflate them too much, but just a little then it makes it a much more enjoyable experience. My husband had a particularly bright one and the sea lions seemed most attracted to him which worked out because we all had fun swimming with them. These definitely make it easier to snorkel and are especially great for kids.

I bought this snorkel vest for my 8 year old daughter to use on a Caribbean vacation. It packed nicely and worked well while snorkeling. My daughter was able in inflate and deflate the vest. We never had issues with accidentally releasing air from the vest due to the twist/lock. The vest never got in the way of her snorkeling visibility. This vest was a very good purchase to have peace of mind with a young swimmer.
