Work Well, Bigger Than I Hoped For
This product is as good as the manufacturer said it was. I guess I don't understand the process of making a "mini" plug. My only detraction from a five star review is it is bigger than I hoped it would be. I modified the electric plug connection to it and everything works perfectly. To be fair, the space the mini plug is in probably wasn't designed for any such device. If you're looking for a smart WiFi plug that's easy to setup and control with Alexa this should fit your need.

Great for grow lights
I’ve purchased several sets of these to use as the timers for my grow lights and plant cabinets. They’re perfect and work flawlessly. I love that I can control them from anywhere thanks to wifi. And they updated automatically with the time change, so everything stayed on schedule.

Uses a 3rd party app, not Alexa. Pretty simple to set up with your devices.
I didn't like the way you have to download a 3rd party app. The app's developers were in a different language other than English, but overall it was simple to setup as I just plugged in each smart plug into my outlet and then whatever I wanted to control with the "Hey Alexa" command, I plugged that into the smart plug and downloaded the app to control and integrate it with the Alexa app.

Power goes out, these are a pain to reconnect
Overall I like these plugs but every time the power goes out, afterwards they no longer work with Google home. They show up in the app and you can control them from there, but you basically have to set them up all over again to get them working correctly. That means getting back to the hard to reach plugs which kind of defeats the purpose in my mind. I want to set them up and be done. I don't have to set up anything else repeatedly every time the power flashes.

Compatibility counts
The GHome smart plug works! I know Amazon promotes new suppliers but be sure you find the best product by using other sources to verify that they are worth your money. I watched a video on YouTube and checked the Alexa list for compatible devices. I plan on using this brand for other smart home connections.

They work great !
We love these things! They work with our google home and originally got them to turn on and off our Christmas trees and lights. We use them the rest of the year for lamp timers. Highly recommend!
