The best quality so far.
These trays are by far the best quality of any tray I’ve bought on Amazon. Far superior in quality to Southern Champion trays. Better quality material, better constructed.

Not leak proof
I usually order another brand of these. I use them as pet dishes. Sadly, they are porous and the food can only be left down a very short time before they leak. Not their fault. I did not realize that they were not lined as the others were. They are really just a heavier version of brown kraft paper. Fine for other things I am sure but not for my purpose.

So great and sturdy. Ordered for a birthday party where we served tacos... nothing leaked and so much more handy than paper plates that can bend or drip. Will continue to use for every day needs too

Coated doesn’t mean water proof
I bought these for general use in the kitchen or on the table. I have used “buckets “ for more than 25 years I know what they can/can’t do. This didn’t work well for reheating small sides.

Nicer Than Expected - Good For Food And Other Uses Too (Ideas In Review)
Not only do we have lots of times where we use disposable containers like this for eating, but I also have other uses for containers like this. They are not only natural, but are able to be composted in facilities with final screening capability. WHAT ARE THESE CONTAINERS LIKE? These are perfect for combo packs of food like fries and mini burgers/sliders, or chicken tenders with fries, sweet potato fries with dip container, or hot dogs. They are lightly lined inside with a coating that makes them not leak grease. The outside is paper without coating. These are sealed up rather well and are easy to hold. They are not too thin either. HOW DID THESE WORK FOR FOOD? So far, these worked well for fries and hot dogs. We also have used them for burgers with coleslaw, which leaked out of the corner a bit. Coleslaw is best in a small cup on this holder, I am thinking. The grease did not seep through and the containers stayed sturdy enough to hold without becoming flimsy too. OTHER USES I can see these being used to create sets for natural products- like travel sizes of soap, lotion, beard oil, body wash, Castile soap, body powder, body butters, etc. These would be a great display container which leaves the top open and can be wrapped with plastic so you can see the products through the plastic. The outside would lend itself to labels and ingredients lists too. THE BOTTOM LINE Whether you intend to use these for food or perhaps as display containers for natural products, these are sturdy, able to be composted in some facilities, and lined with food safe coating to keep leaks down to a minimum. They are a perfect size and handy to use. We love these. MY RATING Five stars. These are nicer than I expected and I love the versatility they offer These can be used for a wide variety of foods as well as natural products for different circumstances.

These are microwave safe up for at least 100 seconds
The only info I couldn't find on them were whether they were microwave safe. I've only microwaved them up to 100 seconds (1 min 40 seconds) and they held up fine. For dishes that are not too greasy they can be reused 2-3 times before moisture starts seeping through the polycoat. Great for not washing dishes. Having said that they cannot hold 2lb. These are more like 1lb realistically. You wont be able to fit 2lb of food for the size of the tray anyways, unless you are putting rocks.
