Good - but clips fall off insert tray
This got good reviews for its performance, which I agree with, but the insert tray has little silicone pads that attach to each of the 4 sides - but not well. You have to remove the tray after each use to clean it. One pad split in half almost immediately, while the one on the opposite side fell off a few months later. It is still within the 1-year warranty period, so the company says they'll send me replacements, but I don't know how many or whether they won't suffer the same fate.

Guilt and Grease Free Cooking
This bad boy is like having your very own personal fry cook in your kitchen. Except, without the weird mustache and questionable hygiene. I am a big fan of Air frying and primarily use it because it's way healthier than traditional frying. Sure, sometimes I miss the feeling of grease dripping down my chin, but I don't miss the guilt (and weight) that comes with it. With the dual control temperature settings, I can cook nearly everything I eat to crispy perfection without worrying about burning them. I also appreciate how easy they made this thing clean. No more scrubbing away at greasy pans for hours on end. All in all, I'm pretty pleased with this purchase and at the price I would definitely consider it again.

One of the best rated with a few oddities
On consumer reports, this was the highest-rated air fryer for a number of reasons: 1) very large food basket, 2) easy to clean, 3) simple controls. Many other friends and family have air fryers that we have seen or used. Many have deficiencies in one, two or all three of the points above. This unit has a simple, very large, slide-out drawer with an all-metal body. There is a removable tray in the bottom. Both items can simply be rinsed off and dried, or use dish soap and a soft sponge to clean (don't used anything abrasives as it is non-stick) - and supposedly dishwasher safe (I would not recommend this for non-stick). The controls are intuitive and simple. Four food pre-settings (fries, meat, fish, chicken) which you can push for an auto-selected time/temp combo OR you can press the time/temp button and dial them both up and down manually for whatever setting you wish. You then just press the dial, and it starts. Halfway through the time, it will beep and light up to tell you to shake or turn the food. Now for the oddities. The unit is large, and it fits into a deep corner of our counter. There is a plug far to the back. The unit has no power button. The scant instructions state just to plug and unplug the unit from the wall. Although it's a good practice not to leave any appliances plugged in, it is inconvenient. I went so far as to buy a Plugrand 20amp double break lighted switched adaptor off Amazon so I could turn the unit on/off without pulling out of the unit from the corner to unplug or re-plug (you can see it in the included picture on the left side). Next, the basket tray has four silicone rings - however the drawing on the instructions do not show these nor mentioned them. At first, I thought they were packing to keep the tray from rattling around during shipping and scratching the coating. Apparently, other people have asked the same thing online. I confirmed they are meant to always be there. Note: There's a trick to pulling and replacing the tray at an angle which you will learn quickly. There is very little in the way of cooking suggestions, or cooking instructions included with the air fryer. Online, I found a rule of thumb from oven directions converted to air fryer that seems to work for this unit: Reduce oven temp by 25 degrees and cut the cook time by about 20%. We cook a lot of small frozen items like chicken tenders, patties, vegetable rolls and other similar items that either take way too long in a large oven which we heat up for a very small amount of food OR cook in the microwave which is quick but leaves the food soggy. This fryer has proved to be faster, more efficient and far better and crispier results than oven, microwave or even a toaster oven. It is like all three appliances in one!

Small basket
This is my second air fryer. In my experience, they have been about equal in quality, ease of use, ease of cleaning and the food produced. Essentially, good machines that are worth buying. The only deficiency with this unit is the basket size. It is much smaller than my first machine. Don’t be fooled by the photos, showing a basket brimming with food, or even the maximum level imprinted on the inside of the basket. The reality is that most foods must be placed in single layers, which is a significant disadvantage with a basket as small as this one has. It has made cooking, even for two, a multi-step process that translates into much longer prep time. Aside from that deficiency, there is nothing bad to be said about the machine.

Product dented
I received my air fryer today and am looking forward to trying it. While getting everything set up, I noticed a dent in the bottom of the basket and a dent in the back of the air fryer. Not sure if this will cause problems with cooking. I have contacted the manufacturer and hope to hear back from them. Will update after trying. Update: The air fryer works fine but I am not impressed with customer service. I just wanted to know if the dents would cause a problem with operation. Their suggestion was to return it to Amazon for replacement. Cleaning is very easy. The only issue is pulling out the tray which doesn't come out easily. I have now used it for two days with no issues so will not return it unless I encounter other issues. I would buy an air fryer again just for the chicken wings and green beans! Both turned out amazing. I also have cooked burgers and french fries. No recipes were included with this air fryer so I have been using Spend with Pennies for their wonderful air fryer recipes. So far I am really enjoying this! The size is perfect for one or two people. Don't think it would work for a larger family.

No more deep frying!
Tried this airfrier as an alternative to deep frying. First of all, maybe I'm an idiot, DONT preheat with only a liner in it as I did. It started smoking and burned up the liner! Frozen turkey breast took twice as long to cook as the instruction stated but was tender and flavorful as store bought from deli. This has been my only test so far. I have seen airfryers with dual chambers available, kinda wish I had invested in that because it seems that a single chamber is limited to only one serving. Will continue testing!

Really not much better or faster than my oven.
Nice looking, makes pretty good fries, and great chicken fingers. Kinda overpriced for what you get. The auto settings are nice, but not accurate. I tried pork chops in it but they came out tough with very little flavor. Vegetables were kind of gummy but flavor was ok. It's easy to clean though, and I like that.

Defectuosa
No enciende al conectarla. Segun el mabual deberia encender sin más. Recibí el producto en su caja original, pero no estaba sellado ni nada. El abrirlo me di cuenta que ya había sido usado o es reconstruido. Trae golpes en los costados y en la parte superior, aunque la caja no esta dañada. Se nota que retiraron el film azul que normalmente traen los electrodomesticos para protección, porque aun tiene unos cuantos pedacitos por las orillas. Muy mala experiencia. Estoy iniciando el proceso de devolución y reembolso. Espero no tener problemas con eso.

Manipulada con anterioridad
En definitiva fue manipulada, sirve perfectamente sin embargo se nota que fue abierta y manipulada no llego con todas las micas protectoras y se notaban marcas de manos , al momento funciona todo bien, solo por eso no hice devolución.

No la use en cuanto la abrí me di cuenta que no es nueva, ya que se ve que arrancaron las etiquetas, es la. Segunda que tenemos y por eso sabemos que al menos le despegaron las etiquetas

Mi primer freidora y no decepcionó...
Pienso que es buen producto, tiene ya menús predeterminados y es muy rápida. Debo decir que le sumó sabor a la carne y al pescado, perfecta para hacer unos chicharrones de ribeye o atún. Creo que es de limpiar, todo está recubierto de teflón, así que hay que darle con una esponja que no raye. Por último, el espacio de la charola es el #decuado hasta ahora 4 personas (tinders, empanadas, etc.).
