It's "not all that," it says to be... It says to NOT use a 5-pound chicken for rotisserie so I used a 4.48 pound maybe the issue is because it's my first time doing the rotisserie? IDK, I thought later, maybe I didn't put fork spikes centered in the right place and that made the weight distribution unbalanced? IDK, all I know is once the heavy side hung to the bottom, it kept making a skipping clickity sound, not able to continue to turning, kept trying to flip that overweight side to the top but as soon as it reached the bottom, the same thing happened, so had to continue cooking the chicken on the pan (it did come out MOIST that's a PLUS) but didn't get that crisp outside I was looking for... I was looking for a PFOA, PTFE, PBA FREE air fryer and though the mesh grills and inside looks stainless steel the drip pan is "non-stick" and so that makes that pan questionable if it is or not... I thought the mesh grills will cut me or be difficult to clean with all those nooks and crannies making it a PLUS too because it wasn't coarse or that difficult to clean, I wouldn't say it was EASY either but it wasn't difficult. I gave it a 3 star because of the rotisserie not turning. And each grill rack will cook at a separate temp and time. For example filled all 3 layers with wings, using the preset for wings, the top got overcooked, second got cooked but not crispy the bottom was undercooked so had to take them from bottom to the top to cook some more but the object of this wasn't it for all of them to cook at the same time? NOTE: I was debating if to go by the recipe temperature and time in recipe book for wings but I'm glad I didn't because it calls for a lower temp and less time so my wings would have probably taken even longer to cook though maybe the top rack wouldn't have gotten so overcooked, maybe "preset" is for making them on the "middle" rack. Also, the cleaning was not as easy as expected, it does clean efficiently for most uses but when I cooked 3 stuffed breast chickens, the melted cheese fell in rotisserie hole and around the holding clamp of rotisserie of the other side, to get into those areas is time-consuming to clean, maybe they should think of a plug when not in use or I could have done it next time on the bottom rack as to clear that area but I didn't think it would get golden on outside because of the same issue the farther down from heating element the more time or higher the temperature you would probably need to get it cooked or crisp and I still had to leave it for a longer time as to get a "little" golden using middle rack, IDK, I think there's definitely a learning/experimenting curb to all this... A plus is that the heating element above is NOT completely exposed, like I've seen in others, so if you do put any lightweight parchment paper for example and for some reason a piece tears and goes up it will not touch the heating element that's protected by a grill that also prevents any grease splatters to touch the element directly too... the unit itself was quiet and I didn't feel it getting too hot on the outside and the see-through window is hard to see the top rack or all the way back of the racks, it's more of a frontal partial view and you wouldn't be able to see much without the light feature... I didn't want to keep experimenting and disappointed with rotisserie, so being it was "not all that" I expected, I returned it. As always had no problem with Amazon return, they're A++++
