Very sturdy and works

My dog doesn’t chew his food so it’s gone within a minute. He is 11 years old and today I tried the new bowl for the first time. I have never seen him take this long to eat. He still just swallows his food but at least he has time to breath. I can fit about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of food. I have to add water to his food so he doesn’t choke! It is very sturdy and made of heavy plastic. I just bought another one for my one year old dog who chews her food but picked up his habit of eating fast.

Perfect for our kittens

As soon as I started putting food on the feeder and setting it up, all 4 kitties started pawing kibble out of it and eating. Pretty fun to watch them work for their food!

Great! Big!

This is incredibly sturdy and very easy to clean. When I opened it I was surprised at how big it is , definitely not a standard dog bowl size so it will be on the ground (not fitting in one of those elevated dog stands for bowls). This does a great job at slowing down my pup from eating too quickly & making her work a little more for her meal (keeping her mind busy which is much needed for my little hyper girl!) . I’d recommend for sure - great gift idea too for anyone with a new pup !

Sparky loves it!

Our pup never gets tired with eating kibble in this bowl. It’s challenging but not too much. After he’s done he turns it upside down-it’s sturdy. We don’t let him chew on it continuously. But it’s strong.

Tamed "The Machine"....

Picture with this review is "Spirit". He is a Maremma. His former eating habit would be be described as 'inhaling robustly'. We were concerned for his health and gastrointestinal well-being as he would plow through his food. We looked at several designs - some incorporating posts - but kept looking as he is a chewers and would likely destroy those as soon as he ran out of food. Then we came upon the "Tornado" here... nothing for him to really bit onto (unless of course he flipped it - but he only has access at feeding time) and no right angles to complicate cleaning. The whorl design is also kind of fun to distribute the food around before giving it to him. So yes - a winner. Very happy with. Have already recommended to others and would / will buy again for certain!

The media could not be loaded. El plato es de muy buen tamaño, le cabe perfectamente la medida de un plato para raza mediana copeteado.El plato es más ancho que su plato normal, pero obviamente las divisiones le restan espacio interior para quien busca un plato para raza grande. creo que es el plato más grande que van a encontrar. No le veo problema a eso, pues las formas redondeadas del interior de las divisiones, lo hacen fácil de lavar y evita que se acumule suciedad. Yo estoy muy contenta con el plato, mi Archivaldo lleva un mes usándolo y le ha funcionado a la maravilla. Ya no succiona la comida en 10 segundos. es bastante resistente, me gusta el gris. ¡Recomendado! .el vídeo es de cuando lo estrenó.

Great

This bowl truly works. Our black lab would wolf down his food within seconds then sniff around for more. Now he has to work harder to get his meal & it makes him think about how to get at the kibble. The extra time it takes makes him actually chew not just swallow it whole. Kind of like a brain exercise at meal time. It's a win/win.

Great bowl, bit a bit small for big breeds..

I have german short hair pointer who loves to carry his bowls around after eating, chew them and play with them and this bowl is sturdy enough to endure the beatings.. It also weighs a bit more than the other slow feeder bowls so he tends to not play as much with this one.. Overall great bowl, good design, sturdy. Only down point is that its not that big.. holds only 2 1/2 cups of food total… but it does the job!

Good Slow Feeder/Puzzle!

The media could not be loaded. It slows her down a lot and gives her the mental stimulation of a different puzzle to complete. She has a very narrow head and she eats from it fairly easily, so it would be a lot more difficult for a dog with a broader head. It is sturdy, more so than I originally anticipated. There are four rubber spots on the bottom to stop it from sliding around too much. It’s relatively easy to clean (it is a puzzle- all the grooves can take a bit longer). The sides have round cut outs to make it easy to lift off the floor, I’m impressed by the quality of the product.
