Bless Its Heart It Tried

This fountain had potential to be a good fountain. I was pleased with the relationship... at first. But it started going south, everything breaking and flaking off the surfaces, in just a few months. It would have been a good fountain, loved the simple disco light in the water spout feature, and it looked good with my patio décor, had it been built with more durability and care toward being an outdoor item with typical weather-related wear and tear. Going to buy hoses for it was an ordeal; None ever fit just right. Would turn the urn into a planter, but even that would look kinda shabby, given the wear and tear on this product after less than a year. It looked tacky & cheap after a summer in the city, bless its heart.

Pump and tubing included doesnt stay together and company doesnt respond

Fountain is much lighter in color than appears on screen, it is almost near white. the install instructions are not in the box and the ones on the web are to generic to help. so Solve it yourself approach. the tubing which was cut and sent in a bag is way too short for the fountain and pump and doesnt actually stay connected to the fountain so it doesnt work. Tried to get support from manufacturer as requested and no response. Now am attempting 1 thing to solve myself and if that doesnt work, this goes back. such a bummer. the planned showcase of my new landscape front bed is a dud.

SO SO CHEAP

I have had this for 21 days and all the paint is coming off. Super disappointed thought it would something really fun for the hummingbirds and it is awful. Don't Buy.
