Advanced level lego build - days to build
Son asked for this as present so we bought knowing it wasn’t a large model but wasn’t expecting micro pieces. Luckily I LOVE puzzles and that’s exactly what this was, took about 15 hours over a week. The instructions are not the best, but I have some tips: 1. Organize the pieces by shape and color. Yes this takes some time but nowhere near the time it would take to hunt through a pile of micro pieces for each step 2. Make sure you take your time with the base (page 1 and 2 of instructions) you really want to count the distance of each brick from the edge and relative to each other. 3. Black and dark gray on the instructions are nearly impossible to tell apart just know that black pieces are mostly used where the sign will be as a base and you won’t start using dark gray until several pages in 4. The instructions are helpful in that all other bricks not involved with the steps on that page are grayed out so it is a little easier to see what you are doing and once you get the first couple of rows layers down it does become repetitive making it easier 5. I cannot reiterate how important it is to constantly check each layer and make sure everything is line up exactly how it is in the instructions. 6. Before you begin a layer gather all the pieces listed on the top left of the page that you will need and set them aside. This is really helpful because it helps you determine if you forgot or misplaced a piece. You don’t get extra pieces on all brick shapes so if you accidentally use the wrong one it throws everything off and you may find yourself taking it apart. 7. Tweezers are your friends, because you will make mistakes and the only way you are getting those pieces apart is by pulling them off with tweezers. The separator tool they provide can be helpful but I found tweezers were the easiest 8. Watch out for those small gaps in the stadium as you are building!!! If something falls into them it is nearly impossible to get them out (even with tweezers) you will have to remove an entire section to fish the pieces out Summary: this is was challenging build was actually a pleasant surprise, I LOVE puzzles. I do not recommend buying this for someone to build under the age of 15, it is tedious and requires a lot of patience. My son planned on using his mini football players to play in the stadium but even they were too big so this really sits on his room as display but he still loves it.

Challenging, but Doable!
I bought this for my husband for Christmas on a whim - when he opened it I was a little apprehensive because the pieces are SO small and instructions are lacking, and he doesn’t have the longest attention span. But - I was so surprised that he was still able to pull it off! He organized all the pieces by color (they are not at all organized when it comes in) in Ziploc bags. Then he treated the directions like a grid system (counted x many rows up and over, kind of thing to find the placement of the pieces. All in all, this is a PROJECT. Don’t expect it to go easily. My husband worked on it several hours a week for about a month but it could easily take longer. It is doable, but patience is key.

Fun at times, enraging at others
The final product looks really cool, and if you like having something to turn your brain off too it’s great… until you get to parts where the structure is unstable. And then the pieces don’t line up so it’s near impossible to push the pieces in. Fun a lot of the time and end product is great, but there will be a lot of really frustrating moments.

Practice with smaller projects before attempting the big ones
I enjoyed putting this stadium together. This is my third piece I have put together in the last month so I am getting much better at it. I am only giving 4 stars because of the field decal and the bad condition it was in when I received It. It had wrinkles throughout. Tried to clear up before putting it down but no luck. Just put down anyway. Overall I’m happy with it. Had to make my own lights to more Closely resemble Williams Brice Stadium. My advice to anyone that gets frustrated with this size project is to box it up, look for a couple of smaller projects like around 500-800 pcs and get practice. Then come back to the stadium. You will breeze through it. My first was South Carolina Cocky which took me over a month and don’t know how many attempts. Second was Clemson Tiger which took 3 days and no problems. Stadium took me about a week of working on it each evening. Just completed another SC Gamecock stadium..for my brother. This time everything was packaged and pieces were separated much better. Up this to 5 stars because decals were in much better shape than last time I put this stadium together. Only wish BRXLZ would do more items. I know that college baseball stadiums would sellout like crazy. I hope they will consider it. Thanks

Great Product and a Lot of Fun to Assemble
I have wanted this item for quite a while, but was a little worried after reading the reviews. I loved LEGOs growing up and get jealous of my kids as they assemble their new sets, so I finally broke down and bought this for myself and am glad that I did. It was a lot of fun to assemble, but does require some patience, like doing a puzzle. With around 3,000 tiny pieces (see picture showing size next to a standard LEGO piece), it's best to start by sorting them by color and size, so you can quickly find what you need for each step. With that many pieces and only around 30 steps, this will save you a lot of time in the long run. Even with doing this, it still took between 12 and 15 hours to assemble, split between 3 days. The instructions tell you what pieces you will need for that step and show where each piece will go. As you can see in the picture, the shaded area shows what has already been completed and you just continue to add a layer each step. The toughest part is the seating, because you have to be gentle when adding each layer, so you don't break the layers beneath it. Just try to support it the best you can while adding that layer. I love the finished product and definitely plan to buy the Schott and maybe even Great American Ballpark at some point down the road. If you are debating on getting this, do it, but go into it knowing that it will be a challenge.
