Very comfortable
This chair is very comfortable great fir gaming or working. It has a handle on the side to raise it up and down. The only problem I had putting it together was some of the screw holes had glurdown in them. I had to clean them out and then I was able to put the screws in. Other than that, it was very easy to put together.

Decent chair for the price.
Decent chair for the price. My only issue is the arm rest. For reasons unknown to me they turn. They turn about 45 degrees inward or outward. It does "click" into position, but it cannot be locked into position. I can't think of a single reason for this to be beneficial. It's quite annoying, especially when I stand up out of the chair and brace my weight on the arm rest and it turns. Other than that, it's comfortable enough, pretty easy to assemble and the wheels work pretty good, even on medium shag carpet.

I needed a chair on a budget last minute and this does the job. It's pretty comfy and overall I do like it!

Perfect chair for home office
It was no hardship to put together. I do not stick to the seat and the arm rests are supportive and sturdy. Very well padded. Great chair. Would order again.

Great chair easy to assemble
My kiddo likes it. I like that he has a nice supportive chair to sit in. It’s comfortable and just what we were looking for. I’m not sure what the issue is with others but this took 15 min to assemble. It was easy. Overall we are happy. He also likes the mesh contrast red fabric. Here’s a tip: Don’t tighten the arms all the way until the back is in place and also not fully tightened. Then rotate around to tighten all bolts. Tip 2: push the fabric down around each bolt hole thing to expose it and make it easier to find.

Nice, but the delivery needs to be on the naughty list
I ordered this as a replacement for my veteran husband's old chair that just wasn't good for his back. So far he loves it and if that changes I will be sure to update with the length of time and the issue. Chair: Husband says it supports his back without being lumpy like some other chairs are. He says the chair is comfortable as far as firmness goes. I saw a lot of reviews saying this chair is as hard as a rock, but my husband has a herniated disk in his back and says it's not that bad. So I guess if you have more sensitivity than that it might be a problem. The color is nice and it is easy to adjust the height. Assembly: It might not be as bad as trying to hang jello to the wall with a nail, but it's not easy like Sunday morning either. Sadder still is that it wasn't too bad until you get to the arms. The holes were slightly misaligned and so it needed a little more effort to get in than expected, but it wasn't a 3-hour project. Mildly irritating. Delivery: Do NOT try ordering this chair next year on cyber Monday and expect it to get to you on time for Christmas or unless there is another option that isn't USPS. I ordered this chair on Nov 30th and it was due to be delivered on the 9th of Dec which is fine. Then it was the 11th, still fine. Then the 13th...wait what? That was a Sunday and the mail doesn't run on Sundays. Then we heard nothing and the very last update I got from USPS was "Traveling in the network." From the 16th until thins morning when it was out for delivery. It's the 27th. The other thing about this is I called USPS not to complain and moan, but just to find out where it was. The USPS lady opened a ticket for my local to call me and my local said it hadn't left Memphis TN yet. On the tracking site, it said it had departed. Irritating, but as long as it wasn't stolen. As I said, if there is another option besides USPS or it is not a holiday season, you should be good. All in all the chair is nice, the assembly was OK and the delivery was naughty af and needs coal next year in its stocking.

Great quality chair for the price. Assembly takes some patients.
Great chair for the money. Only complaint I had was the bolt holes are embedding inside the chair and half covered in padding. Putting the small bolts in blindly and not being able to see made it take longer…but it was worth the effort. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good office or gaming chair.

It's an ok chair
I purchased this chair mainly because of the feature of the arms raising. I play guitar and wanted a chair I could sit comfortably in front of my pc without the arms being in the way. This chair does that. I read the reviews and had low expectations regarding assembly, I should have set them lower. Normally when I see negative reviews regarding assembly I chalk it up to the people not being very handy themselves, but still take it into consideration. Usually my own experience confirms that, not in this case. With that being said, I was able to assemble most of the chair without any real issues. The bottom part is very quick and easy to assemble. Assembling the left arm was a struggle but managed to get it on with the only issue being the padding making it hard to line things up on the seat of the chair. The right arm was more than a struggle when trying to bolt it to the seat. I could get one bolt started but couldn't get the other one lined up to thread. I tried starting with the other bolt, but still couldn't get them lined up to thread the second one. This was due to the padding making it difficult to line things up. I had the same issue on the left side but managed to get them in but couldn't on the right. What I ended up doing was digging through my spare bolts and found a couple with the same threading. I had to hack saw the ends to make them shorter but about 1/4 inch longer than the ones provided and was finally able to get the right arm on. The chair once assembled was pretty much what I expected and functions how I hoped.

Just a basic office chair
This chair is not adjustable. The armrests only tuck back like an airline armrest and the backrest is fixed in a partial reclining position which provides no support at all for good posture. This is no different from a cheap office chair and is not remotely worth 200$

A well built chair for the price
I’ve been using this chair for a while now after trying a few other brands that broke and this one has been fantastic! I have had no problems whatsoever. It’s very adjustable and the swivel arms make it easy to tuck away.
