I didn't care to much for the material. It tends to shed and stick to your clothing. Size is correct.

Pull up too thin urine drips through pull-up wet bed.
Sleep with long thick overnight pad and pull-up. The pad holders get wet and wet my bed and pad spills urine too onto the back and front also wetting pjs or nightgown. Needs to be thicker. Afternoons no problem.

Hospital quality
I ordered these for my 88 year old mother. We were at the hospital for a treatment and she needed to change. Unfortunately, I had changed purses and did not have a pad with me. The nurse gave me a pair of these. I asked her what brand they were and could I purchase them over the counter. She said the hospital ordered them and she did not know the brand name. I looked for ones the looked similar to the ones from the hospital. These are great. They will last through the night without leaking through. Happy I found them.

Comfortable, absorbent
Rehab Unit used these with my husband. As they are a pull up with equal amounts of absorbing material throughout its length it can be used by both men and women for urinating or having a BM. They even help contain diarrhea. He still uses them at home. He says they are comfortable and stay in place without multiple adjustments.
