Sturdy. Very sturdy.
These dip handles were designed for the Fitness Reality 810 XLT power rack, but can be used on any upright constructed of 2x2 square tubular steel, with 1 inch holes (such as the Titan T2). They are solid and sturdy. They do not budge when I’m doing dips, weighted or otherwise. The grip surface is appropriate…no slippage at all. Multiple grip angles are possible, so your sore wrists should be well accommodated.

Awesome!!!
I love the dip bar there good quality gauge steel, they hold 350 pounds but I believe they can hold 400 pounds and they give you an awesome work out with multiple variety of grips I think they’re great. For the price you can’t beat it the best thing about it is you can use it with the power cage it takes of less room than extra equipment, and I needed a dip for the lower chess

Sturdy as they come
These are a perfect for on my Rep Fitness 1000 rack! Maybe the best attachment aside from the cable attachment. These things are built like a beast too! I’m 200lbs and do weighted dips on them with no trouble.

Far exceeded my expectations
These dip bar attachments FAR exceeded my expectations. I bought them after reading other reviews, and I am not disappointed. These dip bars are super solid, heavy weight, and outstanding quality. They fit onto my Fitness Reality cage perfectly. The bars are thick, seriously thick, so they don't cut into your palms like thin bars would do. The shape of them is excellent and you can adjust your hand positions. They are also great for doing inverted rows. The only thing that I may do is wrap them with some grip tape, as they are very smooth, so if your palms are sweaty, they can be a little bit slippery. But I could not be any more enthusiastic about them. If you are considering getting tricep dip bars for your rack/cage, look no further. These dip bars are excellent.

definitely a 5-star product
These things are SOLID! I'm using them on the Valor BD-7 power rack and they fit perfectly. I love that these can be mounted in the standard position or flipped over which allows for a wider grip. The BD-7 rack is 43.25" from the inside of the front vertical bar to the inside of the other front vertical bar. With these handles on, the minimum space between the handles is 21.75" (your palms would be facing each other - see picture) and the maximum space between the handles with the same grip would be 24.5". If you wanted to do dips with your thumbs pointing towards your body (palms facing behind you), the space between them is about 27"-32.5" (+/- depending on the width of your palm and where you place your hands). Additionally, you could mount one on the front vertical bar and one on the rear vertical bar of the rack (the distance between these bars in the BD-7 without the dip handles attached is 23.5"). If you do so with the flare of the handles pointed out (see the picture I submitted) then the distance between the bars is 20.5" and your palms would be facing each other. This is likely how I'll use them the majority of the time for dips. You could also turn them the other way so that the flare is pointed inward and in that case, the minimum distance between the handles is 9.5". If you move your grip from the closest area with your palms facing each other to the area that's furthest apart where your palms can still face each other, it would be about 12.25" (both of those are way too close for me). In addition to dips, you can also get under the dip bars and do inverted bodyweight rows or you could mount them higher and do pull-ups with various hand grips and grip spacing. Heck, you can mount them low, put your hands on the floor and do decline push-ups. Or mount them a little higher and put your feet on the floor and grip the bars and do incline push-ups. When not using these, I'll store them mounted on the rack in the lowest hole facing out of the rack (see picture). The safety pins seem a bit superfluous to me as the mounting bar is quite long and I doubt these would slip out, but I'd rather have the safety pins than not have them. If you're considering buying these, do not hesitate to pick them up. As I said, they're SOLID and also very versatile. I couldn't be happier with them!

Sturdy dip bars with comfortable grip
I've been using these dip bars for a few weeks and must say that I'm very satisfied with my purchase. First of all, these dip bars fit perfectly on power cages with 1" rack holes. I'm using mine with a Progear 1600 power rack. They sit solidly thanks to the metal plate that wraps around the rack wall, with no movement while using them. Before purchasing a dip bar attachment for my rack, I was most concerned about whether the dip bars would be a comfortable width apart, and whether the angle of the bars would put too much pressure on my wrists. What I really like about this item is that the diameter of the dip bars is fairly large, so you can grip it comfortably without it digging into your hands. The dip bars are also the perfect distance apart, and you can make minor adjustments to the distance by gripping either the front part or the back part of the dip bars. They are also angled slightly inward, which makes them much easier on the wrists than dip bars that are 100% parallel. Definitely try these out. They were definitely worth the money, and not having to find room for a separate power tower or dip bars is an added bonus!

They're just OK.
These are decent dip bars for any 2x2 rack/squat stand. They fit my TDS squat stand perfectly. The width is pretty good. They could stand to be a little closer together, but my squat stand is a little wider than what's standard. The handles still work. Not a deal breaker. They are sturdy and well built. Can handle any weight within reason. My only real issue is, and this is personal preference, but I don't love how they are angled. I find, when using them for chest dips, the angle of the handle places more emphasis of the movement on your arms, rather than chest, where it should be. If the handles were more parallel, it would be a better for chest. If your focus is triceps dips, these should work great. I haven't used them yet for push-up or pull-up variations, but I assume they'll get the job done, based on how they feel while doing dips. They only cost me $30 purchasing through Amazon Warehouse, so I'll keep them, but may look for something else once the 'Rona' insanity has subsided and gym equipment becomes available, once again.
