Pricier option, but worth it for diminutive size and support for Z-Wave Plus protocol
I bought two of these to retrofit some light switches. Requires a neutral wire (the white wire in the US, typically) since the device will draw electricity even when the switch is off. If your electrical box doesn't have a neutral wire, you can't use this. I used a community-coded Device Type Handler for the Samsung SmartThings Hub (look for DTH and SmartApps by user @erocm123) which worked great. Wiring is tricky but there are some decent european videos (with different wire coloring) and good diagrams for how to make this work. If you have a 2-switch single gang box (2 switches, stacked vertically, it will be a very tight fit or may not fit at all). The plastic case is a little flimsy and some of the cosmetic parts near the screw terminals snapped off during installation (so minus 1 star for that), but the device itself is well-designed and so far works great! *Be sure you know what you're doing in the electrical box, as you can injure yourself or start an electrical fire. Turn off the breaker. Buy one of those non-contact voltage testers and/or a multimeter and learn how to use those first before you attempt to install this. Be safe out there! There are other Z-wave double switches out there. In my research, this is the 2nd smallest and the only one that supports the newer Z-Wave Plus protocol, so IMO it was worth the extra $10 per switch.

Good and Bad
First off, I’ve installed a lot of various Z-Wave electrical devices, so I want to make sure I give this device a fair review. For reference, after 1 1/2 hours, I’ve decided to return it. I have a double switch in a single gang box that controls my outside cafe lights and flood lights. This was the only device I was able to find that could work with that configuration and SmartThings. The good - when I got everything hooked up, but not fully installed back inside of box, SmartThings found it right away, set everything up, and everything worked. The bad - it is almost impossible to fit this inside the box and get the switch back in place. However, the single reason I’m sending this back is because of the quality of the wire hookups. The holes for placing the wires in the device are not very deep, and the screws you tighten down to hold the wires in are not very strong. 3 times I got the device and switch in place, and 3 times one or more of the wires came out of the device, tripping the breaker two of the times. I would guess a single switch instance of this device would probably work better, as there aren’t as many wires in the box you need to try and co-exist with, but I’m just making an assumption. Hopefully, someone will make a single gang, double switch Z-Wave one of these days, that works with SmartThings.

Great UL Certified Dual Relay. Works with SmartThings
Great UL Certified Relay that works with SmartThings This is one of the only smart relays that is UL certified. Well built and works great with SmartThings hub. If using SmartThings you will need: 1) Smartthings Fibaro 223 Device handler by erocm123 2) Simulated Switch SmartApp by erocm123 Pros: 1) UL Certified 2) Well built 3) Very small so it can be easily hidden behind physical switches 4) Easy to Setup with erocm123's device handler and smart app 5) Excellent customer support from TheSmartestHouse who pointed me toward the Fibaro when I was looking for a dual relay switch that was also UL certified. Cons: 1) It would have been nice if it included a few pieces of short electrical wire. Since this is going between existing wiring and switch you will need 4 short wires. One for L, N, S1, S2. Existing switch to light wiring will go to Q1 and Q2.

Need to study deeper why 2 out of 3 failed to work properly.....

NOT Compatible with Wink or Wink 2 hubs!!
As other reviews state, this should come with wires, it doesn't. The biggest problem I have with the 2 switch version I have is that it's NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINK OR WINK 2. Wink only sees 1 (Master) switch, It doesn't see switch # 2 (Second Channel)

Not good compatibility with VeraPlus
Not good compatibility with VeraPlus. Recommend Aeotec Gen3 control module if using VeraPlus

Unreliable and reacts much too slowly
works about 1/3 of the time with zwave commands. When it does work, it sometimes takes 5-10 secs to run on or off the relay.

Wired it up and it just worked
Wired to dual toggle light switch. SmartThings hub discovered it and set it up right away. Acts like a three-way switch and reports status to SmartThings exactly like you'd expect.
