Functional and Pretty Cat Tree!
I wanted something versatile for my cats to be able to sleep on, play on, and scratch - and that looked nice. This looks just like it shows and looks much nicer than more cat trees. It's the perfect height for my windows, and sizes of the beds are great for my cats (about 12 and 10 lbs but could fit a little larger cat too). One of my cats can't jump very high any more, it's great for her to be able to use the different bed-heights to get to the top. They use this all the time and I'm very happy with the product! Pretty easy to assemble following instructions.

It only LOOKS hard to assemble - Very Sturdy
When I saw how many faster parts there were in the package I delayed assembling it. Once I actually got started I was surprised to find that the assembly instructions were very clear. The assembly went smoothly. All those assembly parts are there for a reason. This is a VERY sturdy cat stand. It is made of particle/press board so it has some inherent limitations, but I expect to get a good 10 -20 years out it.

Cute & Functional!
I got this for two reasons: looks, and function. I have two female cats who weigh 11th & 5lbs. As far as looks go, I didn’t want one of the carpet or fake fur covered ones since they’re usually unattractive & my girls tear them up pretty quickly. I also wasn’t looking to drop hundreds on cat furniture. This is a great compromise that I’m overall very happy with. Assembly was easy; took me about 30 minutes alone & with no power tools. Just as with and DIY assembly, carefully follow the pictures & be mindful of what pieces go where. Although the wood isn’t real, it’s a nice dark color & it looks decent. The cushion inserts are surprisingly nice, although they are pretty thin as others have noted. They’re very soft nonetheless & the material is more of a cream color than pure white or beige which I like. As far as functionality goes, the main draw for me was the scratch post. My eldest cat is a vertical scratcher so the tall post is a big win because she can fully extend for maximum scratching enjoyment. There’s also a little square of scratch material that sticks to the floor with Velcro, but I doubt they’ll use it since it’s pretty small & moves around easily. The enclosed box is a great size & my slightly chunky girl fits comfortably. The floor panel for the second level cubby is pretty thin & might not be great for large or heavy cats. My only dislike is that the top perches are a little too small for the bigger cat, who is average sized, to fully enjoy. The little one prefers to sleep in cinnamon roll position, but my big girl is more of a sprawler. She still uses them, but they’re much better suited for the smaller cat as you can see from the photos. I did sprinkle catnip on the cushions to attract them since there is a slight factory odor. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase, would buy it again & would recommend it!

9 month update, reduced by a star
9 month update: The sisel hasn’t held up nearly as well as my other brands has & is basically nonexistent at this point, so I’m trying to find replacement rope & hope it goes well. Also as noted below the 1 cam lock is pretty faulty & it’s annoying to have to retighten every other day, so I decided to remove 1 star. I will say wood still looks nice, pads are still in good shape after many washings. Wish it were a tad sturdier & there were replacement posts! Original: I was a little surprised when the box arrived was so heavy I could barely get it in the house, I was actually concerned I wouldn’t be able to put this together myself! Thankfully, the weight is due to the fact that it’s solid wood and there are a few pieces, so it was easy peasy! Took about 20 minutes to assemble & looks great. I did notice that the top perch is a little loose & wobbles slightly after my 15 lb baby jumps off over & over - but tightens back up again & think it’ll be ok. All in all after week of use I’m giving this 5 stars!

My desk is cat butt free!
I work from home. My cat's are intrusive coworkers who like to nap on my keyboard, still my pens, and put their butts on my work reports. This cat tree has allowed me to reclaim my desk space during work hours. I sit at my desk, the cats lounge next to my desk on their new cat tree. Everybody wins! The tree is very sturdy except for the topmost tier. It wobbles more than I would like, but the tree is short enough that I'm not overly worried about the cats taking a tumble. The tree platforms could be a bit bigger, but it works well for my 12-ish pound kitties who seem to like scrunching up to fit onto small spaces. It's also worth noting that my cats are differently abled. One is missing a front leg and the other is mostly blind. The overall height and the placement of platforms make this tree relatively easy for both cats to navigate.

Overall love this!
We bought this because we adopted 3 kittens and it’s been great to have. We wanted something not too huge as our space isn’t that large and we are already a family of 5. We also wanted something that blended in well with how our home already looked and this was great for that. Very cute, reasonably priced compared to some I’ve seen, and it’s holding up pretty well. The only thing is the circular bed that sticks out feels a bit flimsy and I don’t know how it will sustain the weight when our kittens are all full grown. But still love this!

UPDATE TO REVIEW Defective FEANDREA Cat Tree Tower Condo
Part way through assembly I realize one of the panels is defective. I emailed the company several days ago. There was no telephone number to call. I went to the website and there is a number in China so I emailed them instead. Not even the courtesy of a response. I will not buy anything from this company. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend FEANDREA Cat Tree Tower Condo, defective right out of the box. UPDATE: I heard from the supplier shortly after reviewing and they offered to make it right, which I really appreciate. This to me is a good way to do business. Hopefully the replacement will be good to go!

Nice looking cat perch!
I think this is a pretty sturdy product. It is obviously not craftsman grade but it went together really easily and seems quite sturdy. Some of the wooden dowling/pegs were a little wide for the holes but with a bit of force most fit quite snuggly. The little metal buttons that hold the roof of the box up are going to have to be glued or replace because they just fall out. There is a strap hanging from the top platform that it was clear where to connect. Overall I am quite pleased with it and the cats approve as well. We have another similar perch on which the pads are thicker with a foam inside ... these have no padding to speak of.

Save your money will not hold a cat without toppling high risk of injury to cat
my 3.5 lb kitten toppled over when tried to sleep in hammock. Unsafe only way I would allow them to use it is to be a 15 kettle weight in their sleep area to enure they can utilize a bad investment. Save yourself money and do not buy. I have two other larger ones and they are great; I like the wood and their weight distribution is much much better; all three cats can use at once time. Do not waste your money on the smaller version unless they change the design to make it ergonomically correct and stabilized with proper weight distribution. Better yet well suited to a child's stuff animals. Money well wasted. Learning lesson

Exactly as pictured and the cats love it!
We are very happy with this product. We bought it since the cat mats/scratchers are removable and it is easy to clean to help reduce allergens in the house. Once assembled it looks as pictured and the cats have been all over it, sleeping in it every night for several weeks now. My only con is the mats aren't more cushioned. I am thinking about opening a small hole in them and adding more stuffing so the cats have a bit more cushion. However, they don't seem too bothered by the way it is right now. Hopefully don't have to buy again but we would definitely buy from this company again if all their products are like this.

Useless piece of crap
This thing is so cheap, I can't even believe it even exist. It is an Ikea-like unit, without the quality control. Mine arrived with a plank without have the right holes done. If you plan to buy this, DON'T. I can't stress this enough. This is by far the worst thing I bought on Amazon in the last five years, and I never write reviews. I had to for this piece of garbage.
