Double check the item color before purchasing and beware of counterfeits.

The media could not be loaded. Bought two of these in what I thought was black based upon the item listing but turned out to be "Hunter" which is hunter green. Not a deal breaker, I got em for function not fashion but do keep in mind that the item listing may not accurately reflect the color you get. Additionally, I'm pretty confident I received a fake headband as one came in what appears to be official packaging and has a logo printed on the band, while the other came in a ziplock bag and does not have a logo at all. The fabric materials used also feel different between the two. Overall I'll probably use 'em but I'm pretty unhappy with the price I paid for a two headbands in the wrong color, one of which is counterfeit.

Good for High Intensity Interval Training

When I had short hair, I thought head bands were an unfortunate fashion statement. After I grew out my hair, I learned they were actually a godsend. I started sweating a LOT more at the gym which meant (1) constant wiping of the face with a not-so-sanitary gym towel and (2) my hair flopping all over the face during high intensity interval training. This band is impressively absorbent given how thin the material is and the flat back version gives you a lot of flexibility (you can fold it in half if you want the band to be more discreet, or scrunch it in the back if the flat back gets your head too hot). I also have an unfortunately bulbous head and the band still stretched to fit me comfortably, so the universal sizing wasn't an issue either.

Amazing Product!

Perfect for the gym. I have a large head so finding headbands that fit can be a challenge. When I exert myself I sweat like crazy, I have seriously slipped in puddles of my own making on the hardwood floor of the gym. The bondi band smelled weird at first, but now I am either used to it, or several washings handled it. It absorbs sweat so well that I no longer leave drips and puddles on the floor. It works so well that if I put it in my pocket after taking it off my head it makes my shorts damp! I wash them in the machine with my delicates and air dry them, so care is simple. The price seemed steep to me when I ordered it, but they have proven to be worth every penny and then some.

Flat Back Moisture Headband

Once you get past the deceptively thin headband, and try it out it's wonderful! It truly functions as its supposed to taking moisture away from the hairline. The only difference between this product the flat back headband vs the headband is that this one is larger and lies flat all the way around the head (as the picture implies), whereas the other headband (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JQXSVAS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) is scrunched at the back and doesn't fit flat all the way around. Anyways this is excellent product, it came as described during the expected delivery date. The item was deep purple as implied in the eggplant choice of color. If your thinking about it get it, its at an economical price and does what it intends to, wicks moisture right away. I bought both a flat back one as well as the normal scrunched one.

Great!

I bought this to keep my ears warm because I get terrible earaches when I exert myself I’m cool weather. But I was pleasantly surprised at how well it did absorbing my sweat. I sweat a ton when I workout, embarrassingly so, and I’m usually dripping beads of sweat off my head during the warmup. But yesterday, I wore it during the CrossFit Open workout and no sweat hit the floor off my head! I came back online to buy more and left this review.

Perfect for it intended use

Either the mannequin's head is small, my head is big or the band is small than shown, but it doesn't cover my head as much as the picture shows; however, it is much bigger than a regular 1-2 inch headband. I still gave it 5 stars because it works perfectly for why I bought it. I wanted something that was not too warm to help hold my earbuds in my ears. It also serves as a sweatband. I was looking for a warm-weather beanie but ended up going with this, and I like it. I even bought a second one to wear when this one is in the wash.

Use it for Alpine touring to keep ears flattened and warm

It is nice and light weight, just enough to keep my ears warm when hiking, skiing uphill in cold weather, but not wanting to keep warmth in.

Great Headband!!

I got this for my boyfriend and he loves it. He uses it for working out - long distance running and also for Insanity-type videos. He said other headbands are way too tight on him and this one keeps sweat and hair out of his eyes, and stays on his head despite all the jumping around. He has a ton of hair and he sweats an incredible amount. It's also a pretty masculine headband as far as headbands go, and I think he really likes that aspect of it.
