Great for Muay Thai

The media could not be loaded. I picked up Muay Thai a few weeks ago and after using the gym gloves once or twice, I decided I couldn't hang with the smell and decided to get my own pair. I stopped by the local sporting goods store and tried on a few Everlast gloves, but was not happy with the fit and build quality. Not to mention a lot of gloves don't even use leather which makes me question longevity. On to these gloves; build quality is fantastic. The stitches and seams are solid, and after 3 weeks of use, they don't smell one bit! :) My only nitpick is that even with handwraps on, the wrists are still a bit loose on me; but then I have scrawny wrists so I really can't fault the gloves. For a guy that is 6' 200lbs, I'm sure they fit great, but I'm quite a bit smaller. I'm really looking forward to these gloves lasting me a very long time.

Fantastic Boxing Gloves

I've had these now almost a year and they are worth the price. Comfortable and durable. I've gone through three pairs of cheap cloves in the same length of time that I've had these. These are only showing a bit of abrasion on the leather and that's it. They breath decently but I recommend glove dogs for after use. They have good wrist support and plenty of padding up front. I use them 3 to 4 times a week and I'm really satisfied.

I thought fairtex was good.

These gloves have no wrist support and the padding over the knuckles is very thin and hard. I thought fairtex was supposed to be good.

Really good glove!

Really comfortable gloves, I am loving using it for Muay Thai! I am a 5’3” with medium hands and I think this is the perfect fit.

So far I'm very happy with the look and the feeling

I've had these gloves now for just over three months. So far I'm very happy with the look and the feeling. They seem to be a little smaller than your typical 14 ounce glove but for me that is a plus. Good construction good quality. I definitely recommend if you're looking for something A little more compact.

Great gloves for bagwork/light sparring

These gloves scream quality and are a joy to use. Padded enough for comfort, but very 'tight'. These gloves fit very close to your hand, leaving little room for heavy knuckle wrapping. I normally wrap with 4 layers over the knuckles, but I've found myself using less with these gloves. Pros: Solid construction, Fairtex quality, great pop on the bag/thai pads, padded enough for light sparring. Cons: Slightly small/tight. Large hands look elsewhere.

These gloves are great.

These gloves are great. At first they really hurt, but after a few uses, I broke them in. I love these gloves and I'd buy them over again.

Awesome pair of gloves!

The gloves are great - I've used them for about a dozen Muay Thai classes and the quality is very good, they breathe well. I will say that these are far from pillows. They're hard and even after a dozen classes and well wrapped hands, pad work is taking a toll on my hands. I highly recommend these but if you're prone to hand or knuckle injuries you may want to look for something with more padding like windy's or twins.

I love these gloves

These gloves look exactly like the picture. I bought them in a size 14" for sparring purposes and they still feel good and light for my size (54 kg). The socket is a bit big for my wrist but it all works well with hand straps. The only thing I don't like is the patch that fixes the thumb, which I might remove. Thank you fairtex for making such great and good quality gear.

Low quality leather

I have now been using these gloves for just over 3 months and the leather is already cracking. Nothing I have done with the gloves would warrant this damage to occur. I train in Muay Thai 3 to 4 times a week which includes pad, bag, and sparring. These gloves can not withstand this basic workload, and I would not recommend them to anyone who trains as much as I do or more.
