Very convenient, but could be more comfortable
My other experience is with normal cloth handwraps, such as theEverlast 4455-3 3-Pk. Hand Wraps , so I'm comparing the Gel Wraps to the cloth ones. A different reviewer said that these are still hand wraps, not boxing gloves and I agree with them. I tried using these for the heavy bag, and my knuckles would bruise, since these wraps don't have enough padding. So these are definitely not a replacement for gloves - they are meant to go inside regular boxing gloves. The main reason I bought the gel wraps is because I would bruise up my hands on the speedbag without wraps, and it takes quite while to put on the cloth ones, so I wanted something more convenient that would protect my hands while using the speedbag. These certainly do the trick and I'm happy with the purchase for that reason. However, here is some additional information that other people might find useful: Pros: - super easy and fast to put on and take off - they fit fine into my boxing gloves - I have large hands, and size Large is snug - I do like the gel padding, but I can't say that I have noticed any differences between gel and cloth other than as a space saver. In between: - Unlike cloth wraps, which you layer onto your hands, these fit so snug that they can pull your hand out of the proper position, so you have to constantly keep your hands in mind. But while boxing you should keep your wrists and hands in mind anyway right? - These wraps don't absorb nearly as much sweat as the cloth ones, so your hands are pretty gross after a good workout. It's not that big a deal for me, but may be for others. Cons: - The finger openings are too tight for me, especially on the thumbs. If this persists, I will probably cut them open a little bit to make room. - After prolonged use (30 - 45 minutes) certain other parts on the gloves leave red lines on my hands and wrists. Conclusion: I like them, especially for the price and I'm happy with my purchase. I just hope that the wraps will morph to fit my hands better. If they don't, I'll have to make some adjustments on my own, and there is no guarantee that the wraps will last.

Comfortable
Had some like this before. Good buy, but I will say be careful with how u take off that first strap to ur wrist. I can see it tearing if your rough with it.

Great hand protection
Works very well under my gloves.

Best option for quick wrap, but not as durable as I remember.
I recently replaced a pair I had used on and off for nearly ten years! (Gross yes) But I immediately noticed the quality of stitching and construction of the wraps were not as great as the brand used to make them. Still a great option for light training and cardio work to use under boxing gloves.

Combo your Everlast hand wraps and boxing gloves for ample wrist/knuckle support during your heavy bag workout!
These are my first pair of hand wraps. I'm no professional boxer or anything and just wanted a set to add some variety to my workout. As far as I can tell, these wraps are great. I got the yellow set (they were cheaper and they are under my gloves anyways, no one sees them when you're actually working the heavy bag) and so far, they've held up well. I saw reviews where they said there was a smell coming from these hand wraps and the stitching coming apart but even after multiple washes, I haven't had any issues. I didn't notice any quality issues when I first received them and I didn't smell anything foul from when I first started using them. I'd say to make sure the hand wraps you're ordering are shipped and sold from Amazon.com, not some third party. I researched these initially because I didn't want to bother having to go through the manual hand wrap and just wanted something you could just slip on and off in the gym. These are perfect for that, especially since they are velcro. They offer good wrist and knuckle support when working the heavy bag (you can probably go about 70% with just hand wraps and be okay, but I wouldn't personally) and when you combo them with boxing gloves, you'll have ample support for your heavy bag workout. I bought these after I bought aEverlast Pro Style Training Gloves (Black, 12 oz.) . Unfortunately, I didn't buy them until after I went one session with just the that set of gloves. My recommendation would be for you to get hand wraps and combo them with your boxing gloves before you go 100% on the bag. I felt fine going 60% with just gloves my very first time but felt my wrists were incredibly sore in the morning. Lesson is, GET HAND WRAPS, and I can't emphasize that enough.

Overall decent Wraps
These are decent wraps for when you don't feel like using real ones or are in a hurry. I'm a novice at boxing right now Pros: comfortable, gel cushion on knuckles is great, easy to put on and stays in place. Cons: Not as supportive as traditional wraps around the wrist

Loose threads frayed material
The sewing on these is super low quality concerned about durability.

Gel wraps seem ok...
They fit well, are comfortable, light-weight & pad the knuckles without overheating the hands. And they look nice too. These gel wraps are made to function as a quick alternative to actual handwraps but actual handwraps will probably work better under boxing gloves. The palms of the gel wraps will eventually fray if used for constant grabbing (These are not made to be light mma/grappling gloves. But they work ok as light contact sparring gloves though). As of this writing, just not sure how well they'll hold up under constant or rigorous use whether it be bag work or sparring underneath gloves.

Nice Product, but Could be better.
Very Nice Product, could be of a bigger size. Nice cushioning and gives perfect support to your wrist. A little bit tight around the fingers, so hard to get off.

Needs Quality Control
I normally like these wraps but the thumb holes are TINY on these ones. Quality control for Everlast is a bit 'guidelines only' so sometimes stuff is great and others it's falling apart and the wrong size.

Three Stars
Seams in pinky finger stick to the skin and rub. Must be a manufacturing fault.

Works with different hand sizes
We got these to use with the hyperflex boxing bag. They protect the knuckles pretty well. Each fam member has their preference for theses or for the full on boxing gloves. Probably depends on how sensitive your hands are. The bag has a lot of give, so for some they might not enough for a heavy bag. Like the factor that they adjust well to each person's hand. Good product.
