Mostly okay. Sizing is always a concern when buying online.

I had hoped these would be slightly thicker fabric, but they are pretty lightweight--probably because of the price point. Construction quality seems okay, but I haven't tested them much yet. I have a 36" waist, and the XL fits well without being too loose or too snug. There is a vertical seam in front, where the cup holder structure is, but this seam isn't shown in the photos. It's pretty obvious, so either the photo was edited or the photo in the ad is of a different model. Not a big deal.

Great product

My son wears a lot of sliders for baseball, and he really loves these ones. They fit just perfect, and are comfortable on his skin. The cup also fits in the pocket perfectly.

No dislikes here. I ordered these for my sons junior year high school baseball season this year. He liked them came in fast! we live far from nearest sporting goods store so they came in next day thank you Amazon prime ! I will be getting another pair for him.

Comfy

Per my kiddo… these are some of the comfiest sliding shorts I’ve ever found for him. Quality is decent-they’re holding up to our almost daily washing and drying.

Consider Warrior brand padding/slides with cup pocket

Let’s start with the basics. I bought these for lacrosse. The “compression” material feels soft yet heavy, it has the weight of a t shirt for a size medium pair of compression slides. These Easton slides are heavy. They’re also very oddly shaped. I wore Easton slides when I was a 13-15 and these slides don’t even feel like the same Easton slides I used to wear. There’s no compression in the center of the crotch area. The cup pocket is enough to either have to place an obnoxiously large cup in there or place a properly sized cup that will move around (moving up from the fixed crotch position, cup pouch is large enough for two full sized youth cups or one and a half large regular adult cups. The length from the bottom of the crotch (top of leg) to the top of the waste band is far too long and the slides can go halfway up my chest (I’m 6ft 165lbs). Oh and the “padding” is merely an extra layer of the spandex/poly mix material. I haven’t worn these during a game yet but I won’t. They don’t fit right and if you pull the waste band down to where regular boxers or compression slides go they leave 3.5 inches below the crotch of free space that will chafe your inner thighs quickly. I gave it a two because if I grow another two ft taller, I know I can rely on these being just the right size :)

Comfortable shorts

Good sliding shorts. Fit well, don't move around during the game. I put a cup in when catching, don't use the pocket, pants are tight enough to hold it in place.
