Just the right size for using on a 450-550 class Helicopter

When I bought a newSpektrum 9645 DSMX Remote Receiver to pair up with the VBar on my Gaui X5 Helicopter, I needed a shorter extension to mount the receiver where I wanted it (it comes wth a 12" extension). Fortunately they sell these in several sizes so I could get just what I needed. This size is perfect to get the receiver to mount on the sides of the helicopter and not have excess wiring to worry about and risk tangling up. If I can offer a suggestion, that is to place a protective mesh sleeve over your wiring. I bought some protective mesh at a local electronics store and it works great for protecting the wiring against vibrations and especially in a crash when things get bundled up and pinched, hurt broken etc I have less damage if I protect the wiring in sleeve. I put a small piece of shrink tubing on each end of the sleeve to hold it in place and keep it from moving around too. Oh and it looks nice, gives the helicopter a nice clean finished look. 4 stars, works as necessary but sure seems pricey for such a small piece of wire.

The cable in the Apprentice is 3 wires going into a female 4 wire connector on each end. This, as well as all length satellite cables here and on eBay have 3 wires into a 3 wire connector. Verify before buying any of these. A total waste of money. By the way, although this shows there to be two cables, there is only one in the package. The JST 1.5mm ZH 4 wire connector is the correct size for the satellite receiver to the A3230 flight controller.

Used on Align 450 Pro V2 Heli

Worked very nicely and was the correct length. Used with DSMX Remote Receiver and plugs into the CX2 receiver unit on the Align 450.

It's only one extension!!

While it's what I wanted, the damned picture shows two but you're only buying one!

quick delivery and accurate product description

came 3 days earlier then predicted and considering I was waiting for this to fly my plane it made me very happy, I also received two sets as depicted in the picture, 10/10 very epic
