Accruate and Fast!
No matter how you feel about the results, every woman wants two things from a pregnancy test if she feels the time has come to take one: fast results that accurately tell her whether or not she's pregnant. I'm no different and this EPT did not disappoint. I skipped all the other options with their digital readers, different testing methods, and various claims because, for me, this was not a time for experimentation. The "pee on a stick" two line system has worked since they were able to stop killing rabbits. After taking the test, I set it flat on the counter as instructed and didn't even have to wait the full time before two very clear pink lines appeared. I also like that the lines stuck around awhile. I was able to sit in shock a few minutes, run out waving it at my husband, let him sit in shock a few minutes, and still get the very decisive picture posted with my review. Our test was so conclusive that I didn't even bother with the second one, but instead gave it to a friend who's trying for a baby with my recommendation. Short Version: I got clear, accurate results faster than advertised with this test and would not hesitate to buy it in the future should I need it.

New style pink dye EPT
EPT has discontinued the blue dye tests, this new style has replaced them. They ARE made by EPT. **UPDATED REVIEW** I’ve changed my review to 2 stars since using these tests. I’ve included pictures so you can see what I’m about to explain. Within a couple of minutes of taking the test and laying flat the test window appeared to start flooding with urine. I did not tip the test, I dipped it in my urine sample according to directions then laid it flat. Unfortunately, the test strip has a thin clear film (as shown in one of my pics) that isn’t supported enough, thus the thin film gets pulled against the wet test strip due to the cohesion from the surface tension of the urine. No matter how long/short it is dipped or put into the urine stream this phenomenon will happen because of the flaw in its design. However, this cohesion flooding can be avoided if the test is taken apart and the thin clear film is removed before use. Yet, it’s highly unlikely anyone is going to want to dissect a pregnancy test to have to use it. I can only hope EPT fixes this design flaw. I will be contacting them regarding it. I do not recommend this test due to these issues. __________________ **original review** The picture on the listing shows the old style, but based on the reviews I knew to expect the new style. I still made sure to order from Amazon as the actual seller so that I would get the updated test. EPT has a long record of being reliable, my hope is this test will be reliable too, since reliable tests are getting hard to come by. First Response has been giving false positives recently, and that has always been the go to for reliability. That leaves no truly reliable pink dye test. Maybe EPT can fill in?! I’m planning to test with these this cycle, in about a week. Either way I will find out if they give sketchy results (“evaps” or false positives) or if they are sensitive for picking up pregnancy before the expected period. I will absolutely update this review soon with how these tests worked!

I wouldnt have known I had a miscarriage.
I started getting sick so I started buying a bunch of pregnancy tests from the dollar store that kept coming up negative. I took two of these and it came up with a slight positive line. It was so light you had to bend it into the light to even see it. I felt like I was having a miscarriage because of all the pain I was dealing with. I don't get cramps when I get my period but I was having the worst pain ever. I went to the doctor's and her test came out negative and my hcg level was not elevated. However, you can be pregnant and your blood can come back without any hcg. After my visit, like two days later I began to bleed for two weeks straight with lots of pain. The pain was out of this world! Next part is TMI...I passed a lot of clots and tissue and it sent me into a depressed state. I went back to the doctors a month later and told her what happened. She agreed that I had a miscarriage but I wouldn't need a D&C because she believed all the tissue had passed already. If it wasn't for this test I wouldn't have known what was going on with me.

Received a different test then shown but still a great test.
I got a completely different test in the mail. It was an EPT analog test with pink dye which but i did get positives on both tests plus on a first response test i took. Great buy but just the test given should be the one shown in the picture.

Works good!
Got a very faint positive result on 9 dpo and everyone told me it was a faulty test but tested again 11 dpo and stronger positive and digital positive to confirm! The test worked exactly as it advertised!

"Cloudy" Result Windows
I've gone through two or three packs of these. I usually use multiple brands when testing. These use blue dye, which is said to sometimes give false positives, although I have never had that experience. I can see, though, how the results can be difficult to read. When the urine runs through the test window, some of the blue dye runs and entire test area turns slightly blue. That makes you have to really scrutinize the test in order to determine your result (when you get a negative). I'm still waiting on a positive. I used these back when I became pregnant with my son but can't remember what the result looked like (almost 6 years ago, now). I haven't decided if I will continue to use these.

DO NOT BUY - False Positive
Not only did they send me the wrong tests - this piece of trash gave me a faint false positive. Spend the money and buy first response or clear blue. I cannot express how upsetting this months after pregnancy loss. ZERO stars
