I Use it in Jewelry and It's Wonderful!
I don't have a Cricut machine -- so why did I buy this? Because I wanted to experiment with different jewelry options for earrings and pendants! My review will be based on this use. It indeed has a faux leather look and feel. It's sturdy, but not very thick, which is what I was looking for (I like my earrings to be lightweight). This material does not fray. It's stiff enough to not need an extra backing, although my designs to date have used two layers, due to the edging treatments I have used. I discovered that you can easily use a beading needle with this faux leather, which makes it fantastic for bead embroidery!!! You can use this as the foundation, as well as for the final backing (in place of Ultrasuede). And because it's a nice look in the first place, you don't necessarily need to completely cover the piece with beads -- you can let the faux leather show as part of the design. If you want to experiment with different jewelry ideas, I highly recommend this product! If I had a wish, it would be that this sampler set also had a black piece.

Just what I Expected
I used this to cover Kleenex boxes with and it worked great! Somewhat thin but worked fine for what I was needing them for. I gave them 4 stars for the value, because at the time I bought these they were a LOT cheaper (8.99) than they are now charging at the time of the review. I doubt I would buy a 12x24 sheet for 13.50 now.

Cuts like a dream
I cut this with my silhouette Cameo 2 and it works great. I used it for earrings (like everyone else is doing at the moment). Liked the colors except maybe like some other reviewers I only got 4 colors rather than 5 like advertised. No matter, the one I got 2 sheets of was nice enough. The only thing I'd say negatively is that this stuff stinks! Like smelly stinks. You will also need to mirror your image and make a twin to attach to the back because the back is a fabric that you will not especially want to show. All in all a nice product.

Beautiful. Cuts great. Stays curled.
Cuts beautifully in my cricut air explore 2. However, the fabric wants to stay in the curved shape very badly so you have to tape it down with painters tape or it rolls up and off the mat. Also, after you cut something out of it, you have to lay it under something heavy for a few days to remove the curling. Couldn’t be happier with the color or ease of cutting, but wish they wouldn’t sell this on a roll to prevent the fabric from staying in that shape.

Great for cricut projects
This get cut smoothly on my explorer air 2. Love the colors and the fact that they do look a lot like leather is a plus for what I’ve been using them (making bows for hairclips) You don’t need a stronger mat to use this and you do not need the deep cut blade either. They cut well with sissors as well because is almost paper thin. I would say the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars id the fact that because of it’s weight it just lays flat and doesn’t bend like leather

Nice, but curls
I used this product to make some earrings. The color is beautiful and the leather is thin. It is durable against the blade and cuts nicely. However, I cannot for the life of me get it to stop curling. I have tried water, stiffening spray, and piling an entire collection of Harry Potter on it overnight. It still curls. I usually don't buy Cricut brand, but this was the best price I could find. I will use it for other projects.
