A little difficult to put on

We ordered more than 50 of these for our allstar softball teams. The masks themselves are great but the installation was a pain. Many of the masks had screws that were too short to reach the threading inside the helmet. After stripping some of the helmets trying to get the mask to attach, I finally went to Lowe's and bought the same screws in a slightly longer length. After buying the longer screws, the facemasks attached easily. Easton should really consider selling the longer screw with these to avoid damage to the helmet while trying to force a screw that is too short into the hole. Some of the masks came with longer screws while some had shorter ones. The only ones we had issues with were the ones that came with shorter ones. A little disappointed that I had to spend the extra money and time getting screws that fit but overall I was pleased with the outcome once we go them on.

Pricey, but worth it.

These screws securely attach the safety cage on an Easton Youth batting helmet.

Perfect Fit-Hard to Attach

Well this was a perfect fit for my daughter's batting helmet. But it was so difficult to get on. My husband was about to throw it across the room after 30 minutes of not being able to get the wholes to line on on each side. You get one screwed in and then the other side was no aligned. The little plastic clips can't even be used as they are, have to be cut in half and only use on piece on each side. You may want to rethink and just buy a complete helmet.

Facemask

The facemask fit perfectly with the new helmet - looked great....unfortuneately, she didn't get to use it this season due to an issue with the coaching staff - but we look forward to 'hopefully' using it next year.
