Used for collecting garden debris for composting.
I use these bags as a cost effective way to collect compostable material from my garden. Unlike plastic bags that need to be emptied, I can put them in the compost bins. They are much easier to use and transport to the bin than the large, awkward, brown paper lawn bags from hardware and home improvemnt stores. I double-bag for heavier, denser yard & garden debris (the tall lawn bags are double layered).

Better than plastic in the land fill.
Instead of plastic trash can liners I've used these for years. Helps reduce my contribution to the rotting land fill on the edge of our town's water table town.

Good for trash
I have decided to do my part and helping the environment, so I had decided to use this for my trashcan. They have working out good, I just make sure I don’t put a lot of wet waste in my trash bin. I feel better doing my part helping our environment. I am editing this post due to the fact that they deleted part of my post….the part when I was asking why do they use two things of plastic to wrap around the bags if we are supposed to be cutting back on plastic. Also deleted a photo that I had posted. I am re-posting my photo. When shipping heavy items you do not need to wrap them in plastic you could use one secure heavy duty plastic strap. I hope this one is not deleted.

Seams glued
The weight of the bag meets my needs for holding things in the recycle bin in the kitchen. However please knew the first several bags opened easily and the remainder of the bags had carryover glue down the seam, and each bag needed to be carefully opened. Over this past year, it has become more of a hassle. For the times I would need a bag, I will just pay for a paper bag when shopping, going forward.

Use to line cans
These paper bags are great to use to line your recycling trash can and cut to size, great to line your paper shredder. When I empty the containers, I pull out the full bag and staple it closed before putting it into the trash bin. This prevents papers from being blown all over the neighborhood on trash pick-up days.

Price Increase is Ridiculous
Been ordering these bags for a few years now, use in the general kitchen garbage pail inside a 13 gallon hefty bag. What is ridiculous is that the price from November 26 to now has increased 30%. Good thing I got a food compost for Christmas gift,mail seriously put it to work.
