E-Z walker caddy/tray
I purchased this item after foot surgery requiring 8 weeks of no weight bearing. I was issued a rolling walker as opposed to crutches stating that a walker would avoid the inevitable underarm discomfort, definitely true. DRIVE advised which tray was compatible with my walker model. It was easy to put on the walker, has a storage compartment on which the tray sits, has a cup holder & the side straps have ten holes for height adjustment. These straps & "hooks" looked a little flimsy at first but turned out to work just fine. It's easy to put one or both pieces in the sink & wash off with plain soap & water. All of these features obviously make using a walker superior to the use of crutches while carrying around phones, pen/paper, books, cups/plates... Using a walker with only one foot is, however, different from the traditional use actually walking on two feet. Your "steps" are not smooth & even as they are using both feet, & your body movement still resembles that of someone using crutches. The compartment definitely helps keep items from sliding off onto the floor & allows you to carry more "stuff". I kept a small pack of tissues, Rx bottle, phone, note pad & pen, hair band, eyeglass case...with me at all times which helped minimize having to get up & down, especially helpful during the first two weeks after the surgery. The cup holder is located on the bottom right corner which allowed me to use a thumb/finger to balance the cup when I found myself moving somewhat carelessly. I'm NOT suggesting that the holder isn't deep enough. I just have a tendency to become impatient & move around too fast. The compartment sits a little loosely, especially without any weight, which took a little getting used to the way I had to use the walker. Had I been walking on two feet this would not have been an issue. Just make certain that whatever tray you select will fit YOUR walker. I found that all trays are NOT compatible with all walkers even if described as "universal". I found suppliers to be very helpful in making sure I didn't spend money on something that wouldn't work for my needs.

Is not really designed well, ended up getting a different tray that worked much better
This did not work for my dads walker. The "straps" that are used to support the tray kept coming apart, especially when you put the top tray on. The whole thing would just fall off of the straps. I tried taping the straps with packing tap to see if that helped with the tray falling off. It did help somewhat but overall I am totally dissatisfied with this product and would not recommend it.

Met Occupational Therapist's Criteria, Added Independence
UPDATE: The tabs kept coming loose on one side or another. It fell and broke. We've had it less than a week. April 4, 2021: This Walker Caddy just arrived today. My husband's Occupational Therapist recommended getting a caddy with the drink cup holder by your body, not in front because the weight of the drink tends to tip the caddy forward along with the walker. When he sits down, he can reach his drink without pulling the walker over his lap. I made sure the tabs in the hangers snapped down into place as seen in the photo. The curved bar in front of his Equate (Walmart) walker fit into the slot under the carrier, but I couldn't get a photo of that. His 16-oz. Tupperware tumbler fits in the drink holder. I stacked different sizes of plates: 7", 9", and 10" and there was still room for the large-handled adaptive fork and drink. Moving the walker through the house loaded with 3 plates, a 16-ounce drink, and a weighted fork was fine. Nothing moved or wobbled; it's brand new so we are happy it passed this test. Also, there is more room to walk close to the walker with this type of caddy than the ones that fit over the top of the walker handles. So far my husband has been able to carry things around the house instead of me following him with his drink, remote control, snacks, etc. That's more independence for both of us! The hooks hanging from the top of the walker are not easy to move, but as time goes on, they might wear and be easier to move. I plan to wrap plumbers tape around the top of the walker next to the hooks so the hooks don't slide. If that doesn't work, I'll use duct tape. We haven't tried putting things inside the caddy yet, but I already warned him not to load it with tools. Poor guy! It's just not a tool box. This walker caddy is a great value for the price and it met the Occupational Therapist's criteria for drink-cup placement.

Does not fit my walker, hard to install
It's not the manufacturer's fault; I should have paid careful attention to the caddy's dimensions, then measured my walker. This caddy is too narrow for my walker which also makes it hard to install. The channel on the underside of the caddy is too wide for it to sit securely on my walker. The "clips" to hold the caddy onto my walker are thick, rigid plastic so don't flex and will not take much stress. Too bad because overall, it is a good design and the plastic is thick enough that it does not deform easily. The cup holder is a bit shallow, but better than no cup holder. This caddy would have met my need for a surface and storage for my walker. I really wanted this caddy to work out for me.

Yay for independence!
I have a very happy mom because having the tray on her walker has increased her independence as she can transport her purse, her drink, her sandwich, etc with her new tray. It does have its limits but she feels and is more able to do things without asking for assistance. She’s happy and so am I. I don’t have to stop what I am doing to assist her and that is peace of mind in and of itself.

Fixed the Tipping and Wobbling on the Walker
I took off a star because it's tippy even on a Drive walker.I noticed when I switched from regular to wheels it got worse, so you need to account for feet changes also. I do want to say that after having stuff slide off the front onto the floor that I got mad enough to try and think of a fix for it. I found that if I taped some scrap plastic (including a usb drive) onto the center of the walker crossbar, the tray no longer tips and is level. The only reason I can think of for them to design it the way they did is so it could fit multiple walkers other than their own (with unfortunate consequences). I now am totally happy with it and trust it not to wobble or tip so I"m comfortable moving a 2/3 full hot beverage from one room to another on it.

A Great Walker Caddy For Every Size Walker ...............
This is a great caddy for a walker . I have a extra wide bariatric walker and was shopping for a caddy or tray that would work with it . After looking at several models I thought this was my best bet . I am very happy with it , great for handling food , plates and dishes and drinks . It is exactly what I wanted . Several other reviews complained about the adjustable support mechanism coming apart and they are frustrating , but I knew that when I purchased it , but after getting them set in the correct position I just wrapped them in electrical tape so they could not come apart . My EZ caddy now works perfectly for my big walker and definitely suits my needs . It even has lots of storage inside for phones , pens , paper or whatever . I would definitely recommend this walker as it will work on any size walker and is a great product .

It fits great!!
Even with a broken arm I was able to attach it to my walker. Works great. And my walker is not a Drive . So I can see how it would fit many different types of walkers.
