Perfect for what was needed

So pleased to find this product available through Amazon when I was hemming drapes for my daughter. Hadn't purchased them in years, but from experience knew these panels needed them. The perfect weight to help the drapes hang better. They look so much better with the weights.

Not very heavy

I bought these for my bedroom curtains, as they hung kinda wonky. I ended up using them on the inside middle part of the curtains, as they weren’t heavy enough to use on the ends. If you buy these for heavier curtains, you’ll need more. But for sheer curtains, they’d be perfect.

Use with sheer curtains

I bought these for use with a light weight set of drapes. The weight is barely adequate. I plan to bundle some pennies and attach them to the hem for the desired effect. These weights will work great with sheer curtains

Very Nice!

I bought these to tame an angry shower curtain liner. The liner is made of a light weight polyester fabric that billowed into the shower when we were bathing-not an ideal situation. I sewed them to the hem of the curtain using a zipper foot-BOOM! Problem solved. The weights are in little polyester bags-like tea bags-and have a fabric tab. You could also hand stitch them if you don't have a sewing machine, or a friend with a zipper foot. I don't know if it would solve your problems with a heavy drapery, as each weight is .04 ounces. So the whole pack is 0.48 ounces. Perfect for a shower curtain, not so great for a long heavy drape. It is like sewing 2 US quarters every few inches in your hem. (probably would cost the same, too). YOU MAKE THE CALL!

Works well on light-weight/sheer/semi-sheer curtains, but not heavy enough for heavier fabrics (light-blocking etc.)

These worked well for my lighter, semi-sheer curtain, but I don't think they're heavy enough for medium or heavy-weight curtains (such as light blocking or thicker fabrics). They are supposed to be sewn in, but I was able to just drop them into the bottom hem of my curtain and they stay put without sliding around. Since they do work well for the curtains I had intended them for, I am happy with them right now. Though I was hoping to be able to use those on different weight curtains over the years, since I do switch out draperies ever once in a while.

Weights are not adequate.

The weights are too light to make the drapes hang properly. Require hand stitching.

Weights could do with being heavier

Ordered a packet of these weights for my curtains but then had to order a further packet as they didn't hold the curtains down enough and they are only lightweight 46" x 54" the weights could definitely do with being heavier

Perfect for lightweight jobs

This was perfect for my purposes - lead free so i'm not introducing lead in my shower and laundry! These little weights are surprisingly heavy for their size. However these are clearly not meant for outdoor use (i don't think any weight would prevent curtains from catching the wind!), and you'll need more than one package for heavier fabrics. I used one package (of 4) to weigh down my shower curtain liner, which was billowing into the shower, and they worked perfectly!

A bit light for heavy weight curtains

Malheureusement j’ai dû coudre au bas des rideaux

Mes pleins jours sont légers et peu opaques alors on les voit. Le résultat par contre est très bien et les pleins jours tiennent en place et tombent bien
