Threads are a mess

This is a cute picture with nice colors and good instructions. But the threads are not numbered nor identified by symbols from chart. They are in order on the cardboard they come on, but it is very difficult to figure out which thread to use.

Terrible Thread

Vibrant colors. Nice material. I like how it’s not just white. However, this is the WORSE thread I have ever worked with in my life! It knots up. It shreds easily. If I didn’t have a camper I wanted to hang this in, I would throw the whole thing away.

Colors bolder than in the photos

Purchased for a friend who has a new camper. I wasn’t fond of the color scheme in the photos but liked the sentiment and he cross stitches for relaxation. I’ve been watching him work and must say the photos don’t do this justice. It’s brighter and more cheerful in real life.

Double check the description!

So this kit is great, gorgeous and would be good for beginners. Unfortunately it comes up in the search when I typed in "stamped cross stitch". I found that to be a little backhanded, as it says counted but not very easily viewable. I don't like doing counted cross stitch. It was completely my fault because I didn't read the description correctly, and I'm going to just alter the pattern so I can trace it onto the fabric and embroidery rather than cross stitch it. So 4 stars because it's a great pattern but warning to double check :)

Not enough thread provided

The pattern is easy to read and the quality is good. The problem is that not enough thread is provided to complete the pattern. I have run out of 4 colors with several stitches of that color left to complete.

A great starter

I love how this turned out. It was easy to follow for a beginner like me. The amount of floss provided was adequate to complete the project. I took off one star because the colors are slightly more vibrant and lighter than advertised. The vintage feel of the colors are initially what drew me to give this project a try. I, now, absolutely love the colors in the kit but they weren't what I was expecting at the start. The artist that created the pattern has three others similar in this "series". I've completed all four and highly recommend trying the others as well.

Great quality and fun!

I was worried this was going to be to hard for me as a beginner. First time ever cross stitching. It has taken me some time but its not hard at all. Its been fun and gives me something to do while sitting, which was what I was looking for! Just make sure you have good lighting!!
