The plastic dry wall screws are not appropriate for this item!

Be prepared to use your own anchors for dry wall as the ones provided do not fit through the holes in the mounting bracket. They also are cheap and broke easily. I have now had to fill two holes with spackling paste as the dry wall screws pulled right out of the wall. I will likely have to do two rounds of spackling and drying as the holes made by the plastic screws are longer than 1/4 inch. I will comment further on the sturdiness of the product as a towel holder after my second installation attempt.

Good Quality

I was very please with the quality, it is solid not a light and cheap. You want to make a good sold installation to support it. The bronze is very nice too. Priced well to be affordable. They also make the other pieces to match.

Already broken

Really matched what I was looking for to include in bathroom remod completed end of 2020. Well it is broken already. The actual square holder for the towel does not stay attached to the wall mounting bracket. So less than 6 months. Can’t quite justify given the amount of action these holders see while holding a towel ! So nice looking product is it. Of course I am past being able to return so I am looking for another one.

a little over priced

beautiful design.good quality but does not hang straight. I had to put a shim in hole where the hanger goes into the bracket. When it swings from use the shim comes out

Not a strong product.

Installation was simple. This would have been the second return of the same product, but I missed the window this time. I returned the first one due to paint chipping off right out of package. This one, after only one month of use, it tilts no matter how tight the screw is to hold it. Crappy product. Will buy a diff brand. Lost money on this one. I could fix it if I want, but then it’s a life long of Gerry rigging every time. I have a life

Avoid at all cost

The hook is very solid, but the mounting bracket is total crap. The anchors are plastic, which snapped going into the wall. When I replaced the anchors, and actually got the bracket on the wall, I realised there is no actual way to mount the hook with the bracket design. You can tension the bottom of the hook to the bracket , but the top has nothing to clip to, so the bracket doesn’t attach.
