Sturdy and functional

This is heavy, easy to assemble and use, compact in size, and looks as sharp as a toilet paper holder can.

Very good solution for use and storage of spare toilet paper.

This is a nice product. It is stylish. It appears well made. There are no visible flaws or defects. Assembly was straightforward. In use however, the stand has a slight, but irritating, flaw. It is top heavy. A one handed pull on the toilet paper will probably will topple it (it did for us unless we went to lengths to prevent this). You have to hold the stand with one hand when your tear paper off so it remains upright. A heavier base (I am exploring solutions to add weight to it) would add needed stability and might mean a 5 star rating instead of the 4 stars I have given it.

Looks great but not functional

I hate to give this a 3-star review but this product was just not functional for me. The TP holder itself is very nice quality, looks great, and was easy to put together. However, it was about about toilet seat or "thigh high" for me. I think I have a taller toilet than most. Someone else's photo shows the holder possibly being a few inches higher than their toilet seat. While the holder is made of metal and is heavy, it isn't heavy enough. I found myself being able to pull and tip it to one side when grabbing toilet paper and having to steady it with my other hand. I know it's my fault for not checking the dimensions before purchasing but I assumed I wouldn't run into it being too short. I bought this to replace a different company's single post toilet paper holder (attached to the wall). That one broke off because of poor construction. I had to return this and instead purchase the Kingston Brass BA8218BKDKL Water Onyx Toilet Tissue Holder with 1-1/3 inch Rubber Sleeve, Black Stainless Steel. I hope I have better luck with this one. I do hate having to deal with the tension rod toilet paper holders.

I like the look and the design to store additional rolls

I like the look and the design to store additional rolls. However it can be a little cumbersome to use because the end plate allows for easy access to load the toilet paper but when it is put back in the normal position the toilet paper tube is too big. I wish the end plate was a screw on piece that is wider than the diameter of the cardboard tube to keep it from coming off so easily. You get used to it but in a house with lefty and righty the position set up varies.

Great product; 5 Stars; good weight

OK, it's a little expensive but the quality is with this product. Most important, there is simple design where you don't get your fingers pinched when you try to put a new roll on the holder. Most important, there is sufficient weight in bottom so that when you tear off a piece of paper, the unit holds nicely. We've had the $20 versions before and they look nice, but they don't work well as they too often fall over in use. This is an excellent product at a fair price. We're happy with ours!

Great quality, sturdy, nice looking, minimal footprint

I like it much more than I expected to. I wasn't confident a floor stand for toilet paper would work, but this does. I didn't think the stopper was large enough to keep the roll on the holder, but it does. I didn't use the disk (shown near the base) since I don't plan to store extra roles on it. The stand over all looks really nice, the base is heavy enough to keep the stand from pulling over, and has a minimal footprint. Since I have a tiny bathroom, this is important. I recommend it without hesitation.

GREAT quality as always with this brand!

So far I've had great luck with this brand, decent prices for good quality products! After reading reviews I was worried about buying a standing tissue holder, most seem to fall over or fall apart, this got good reviews, so I chose it, plus other items I've ordered from this brand have all been great thus far, I am very happy with this purchase!

Sturdy, classy and functional

We weren't able to mount a rack on our vanity or the wall so opted to get a standing for our smallish basement bathroom. We're the type of people that will search multiple sites until we find something that we really like, even if it's a little more costly. This is a good quality item that suited our picky needs.
