Multi Functional

This larger one fits my usual amount of laundry. It's very sturdy and the wheels work well. I have also taken the bag off and used it as a hand truck and it works great for that. It folds for storage as well. It's a good product. I got the brown one because it was the least expensive color and that's fine with me. Get one.

Very disappointing

The media could not be loaded. Ordered 1 that arrived damaged. Returned it and ordered a new one that also arrived with the same part damaged. The item IS beautiful and exactly what I want but I don’t want to have to keep returning broken items. Update: I ordered on online instead of Amazon. It arrived in perfect condition and the part that had been broken on yours is not even a necessary part (it appears to just be to protect the rod where the wheels attach. Too bad a human didn’t answer because the bot didn’t understand my question about whether or not the broken piece would effect the wheel from working. As I stated, I ordered the same cart except that I got the one with 3 wheels; I used it for the first time today and it’s perfect! It went up the curb like the curb wasn’t even there. It’s light weight and yet sturdy. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a light little cart.

I wish I bought this sooner!

I love this cart! It is super light, easy to maneuver, and easy to fold. The bag is good quality except that it only connects to the top of cart so the seam for the connector started to come apart after a couple times of use. I plan to sew it back on and get a bungie cord like others suggested. They should consider adding something to connect the bottom to the cart as well. Even so, I still consider this a good investment and love it!

GREAT product, perfect for city dwellers

I live in a major city and don’t own a car, which means I have to walk to the grocery store and lug my groceries home. In the past I’ve purchased cheap carts that would break down as they couldn’t support heavy loads. I won’t lie to you, the price of this product gave me sticker shock. However, it received great reviews and had an attractive weight capacity. That was extremely important to me as I often have to take home heavy products such as laundry detergent. PROS: 1) The large capacity bag is perfect and allows me to bring home the equivalent of at least four bags of groceries, if not more. 2) I love the flat, steady and supportive base underneath the bag. When I’ve had to take packages to a local drop-off store, I was able to either fold the bag up or remove it altogether and use it as a dolly. 3) The padding on the handle is incredibly comfortable for either the left or right hand. 4) I love that the wheels are large and durable, making it extremely easy to glide through rain and snow. 5) I love that the bag has several pockets. Even better, it includes an elasticized slot that I use for an umbrella but could be used for a water bottle. 6) Assembly is as easy as it gets and takes under 10 seconds total time. No exaggeration. CONS: 1) At first glance the price seems incredibly high, although if you use carts often and need to carry heavy items it’s worth the money. 2) While the handle does fold down to help save space, it doesn’t have a locking mechanism to keep the cart together. I followed a helpful suggestion from a previous reviewer and purchased a bungy cord. The cord came in handy when I needed to carry packages on the cart that couldn’t fit in the bag. Overall, I LOVE the cart and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it again. I couldn’t recommend it any more highly.

Easy to store and easy to unfold and use

I bought this to carry groceries from the car up my ramp and into the house in just one trip. Was recently in a car accident that changed my mobility and bringing groceries in from the car was one of my most difficult tasks. Now I no longer have that issue.

Good shopping partner

Easy to maneuver, and very spacious. It was a slightly bit difficult to bring up the stairs if you have filled it up with a lot of grocery though.

Overall, the dolly is a winner. The bag needs some improvements, though.

The Bigger Trolley Dolly arrived intact and well packaged. The disassembled cart is shrink-wrapped in plastic film, encased in a corrugated cardboard box. Some customer assembly is required. The two wheels must be attached by the user. The frame is complete, but must be unfolded and the bag mounted. The two wheels come detached, held to the frame by twist ties. They are each slid onto the frame by the user, then held in place by a user-activated locking clip on the hub of each wheel. The bag has two straps on the back that slide over the frame. A Velcro flap on the bag attaches to the frame at the top and holds the bag up. The instructions could be more specific on using the locking pin on each wheel and mounting the bag. As another reviewer mentioned, the Trolley Dolly does have a little, somewhat unpleasant odor when first unwrapped. It's just a new product smell. The bag seems a little flimsy. The fabric and zippers are thinner than I would expect for the price. The bag design could improve. The big flap over top of the main bag does not stay open when the user is trying to load/unload items. This is inconvenient and potentially frustrating. There is currently no way to secure the main flap open. Moreover, it can only be Velcro'ed close when the bag is near full. When the bag is empty, the main flap can flop up and down, especially in wind -- the Velcro should extend to secure it, when half-full and empty. The Bigger model is roomy! I loaded eight, 2-liter pop bottles, standing up on the bottom, with room for more groceries on top. My previous bag could only hold six in one layer at the bottom. Yet, the Trolley Dolly does not seem big or unwieldy. The dolly, on the other hand, exceeded my expectation. The dolly frame feels sturdy, sure on the ground when rolling. It feels like the most solid and dependable of all five grocery dollies that I've used.

Made chemo easier

I bought this to help me carry a cooler full of frozen booties and gloves and ice cubes to my chemotherapy treatments plus lunch too. Going through chemo during lockdown in a pandemic meant that I had no family or friends with me in my hospital so no one to help me carry all my side effect remedies around. This trolley helped so so much! Especially on stairs too! Very spacious and easy to use and easy to assemble too. Easily folds away when not in use. Was a life saver - literally!

Amazing Buy! Huge and easy

Made my life so easy, fit four huge bags of groceries plus more and all the pockets are so handy. It is a great buy and very versatile. I love on the third floor of my building so I transport my laundry in it too.

The Rolls Royce of Trollies!!! (and reasonably priced!)

I love this trolley! I'm an NQT and during my training year I had a lap top, files and books to lug about. I had an old trolley with collapsable wheels which collapsed all the time under the weight. I'd been looking for something more suitable for ages. Lots of the teachers at my school use plastic crate trollies for their stuff, but these don't hold a great deal and they are open to the elements to and from your car. I discovered Trolley Dolly online and was going to buy one of the standard sizes because of a review from someone who also had lots of books etc. to transport. Then I found out they do the bigger size and went for that. It is amazing! I can get my laptop (which is quite old and weighs a lot), two files, notebooks and diary in and that's not even tight on the bottom and then there's loads of room on top of that for books for marking. Three sets of twenty four books have fitted in so far. There's a drawstring on the top and then a huge flap that goes over it, so even when it's pouring with rain, erverything keeps nice and dry. You can detach the bag as well and just use the frame as a trolley. Last week I used it to transport a straw bale to a church for our nativity play and it was so easy to manoeuvre. The whole trolley barely weighs anything when empty, yet can carry a lot of weight. The handle is surrounded by comfy foam and is high as well so if you're tall, you don't have to stoop to pull it along. It's pretty easy to pick up and put in your boot if you hold it by the handle and the base bar, even when it's full. The solid chunky wheels are great as well, you can easily pull it (or push it) over mud or gravel. After having put up with such an awful trolley for the past year, this one is like a dream!

A game changer if you don't have a car!

My groceries are delivered to a pickup point and I don't own a car at the moment, so I need to walk there and bring the groceries back. This product has made my life 1000x easier. When folded, it is extremely lightweight, making it very easy to carry around. Once I arrive at my destination, it takes 5 seconds to unfold the trolley and it is very easy to load things inside. Then, I simply roll it back home. The wheels are sturdy, so the manoeuvrability is great even when there are a lot of cracks in the pavement. The canvas bag is good and roomy but not thermal, so I always bring a separate thermal bag to put inside for perishables & frozen products. An excellent buy overall -- I highly recommend it.
