Well made with real leather throughout and quality workmanship

Happy with my purchase. Materials and workmanship very good. I am impressed with the stitching, the feel of the real leather and the overall design. I am particular about the things i buy. Was surprise with the near perfect placement of the stitching. No sloppy, wondering sewing. No loose threads or misaligned seams and the zippers and hooks are sewn accurately. Leather is soft and has a good look and feel. The handles slide in and out properly. They are also well designed with an additional layer of leather on the surface of the hand grip. Even the shoulder strap is faced with the same leather. I expected the shoulder strap to be just nylon strapping. I can carry both my laptops (15" Macbookpro and ThinkPad X1) with room for files and there's pockets for pens etc. The case is smart about having enough functionality without over doing it. I like that it accommodates everything without looking like a suitcase. Sleek and professional.

Just what I wanted, but...

If I were to buy it again, I'd buy it used. Came with some scuff marks and it wears a bit easily. Nonetheless, just what I needed. Great little briefcase :D

Very good briefacse!

Just the right blend of style, sophistication and class. The leather is rich and not shiny. Size is almost perfect (It can easily hold legal-size papers... which I never need to do!). The width can expand when you need it but is slim when you don't need all that width. The strap came slightly squashed, but once I started using it it got back the right shape.

Really well made for the price!

Big fan of David King and this is a BEAUTIFUL bag!! Nobody carries briefcases anymore. This is a great "Retro" looking bag and it reminds me of my first sales briefcase 30 yrs ago.

Had to send this one back.

I sent this back because the handle seemed flimsy and I didn't like the way the leather felt. It's not a smooth leather, which I prefer, more of a muted, spongy leather. Good product in its own way, it just wasn't for me.
