Beautiful Case!

I just received this case today, so if I find any issues as I begin using it I will edit my review. The case is beautiful! The red is the darker red that looks professional. The leather is very stiff, which I saw some people complain about. I like the stiffness because I carry two laptops and I want a case that will keep its shape with the weight. The padded insert fits my 17-inch laptop perfectly. I have enough room for both laptops and some paperwork. Could possibly fit a change of clothes in there as long as it wasn't too bulky. The case clips to the trolly with four plastic clips. The clips come off completely when you remove the case, so you'll need to be careful not to lose them. An extra clip is attached to the trolly in case you need it. There is also a rain cover, but it's not a very heavy or sturdy looking cover. The shoulder strap is also included in case you want to carry this case on your shoulder when it's detached. The flap on the front pocket latches in securely - it's not a magnet fastener. I'm about 5 foot 5 and the handle is about the perfect height for me. If you are tall, you might find it too short. Overall, I love this case already and am looking forward to using it. Edit: The last bit of the handle was stuck and so I thought it was short. In fact, the handle is taller than the last bag I had. I got a lot of compliments on this bag so far. I have zero complaints! One last edit: I have now taken the bag on a trip and it was pretty much as expected. This bag is wider in order to handle the 17 inch laptop and so it's harder to maneuver down the airplane aisle and didn't fit under the seat on my flights. I just picked it up to go through the plane and put it in the overhead. I think it's less likely to get damaged there anyway. Other than that it was great to use on my trip. I got lots of compliments on it! Edited for addition: I've now had this case almost 3 years and it looks as beautiful as it did on day one. It's not scuffed or scratched at all. I carried it to an office daily for about a year and now I work from home and carry it on trips and to client meetings about once a week. It's really lived up to it's promise. This picture on this review was taken three years after purchase.

Cute and functional!

I bought this for a work trip and I have gotten SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on it from coworkers and strangers in the airport! It looks professional and polished. I adore the green color and it has a pearly-sheen that wasn’t apparent from the listing but it’s lovely. The wheels and handle are sturdy and smooth. I like that you can unclip the case from the wheel/apparatus so you carry it like a briefcase if you wish. My only disappointment is that while there is a place to put on a shoulder strap, it didn’t come with one.

This Brief Case is the Business!

Although this was considered USED, this bag came in pristine condition! I kid you not, it looked brand new. Like...are you kidding me? lol. I was so impressed with the bag I almost cried. Such a high-quality leather bag. I feel good because I will be rolling this along and looking professional. I can't thank you enough. It was such a pleasant surprise because I thought it was going to look worn or slightly beat up. Nope. I had low expectations and you far exceeded them. I love it. Thank you!

Absolutely Gorgeous!

I bought the red and I love it. I haven't used it for traveling yet but it easily attaches to the wheeled base. It's very stiff so if that's not your preference, you won't like it. It's very roomy and you can easily fit quite a bit of files and laptop. I also bought a matching briefcase which slides right on top of the rolling handle so all my bags are secure. A total back saver.

I love this bag!!

So far I love it! The red leather is beautiful. I can use the bag with or without the caddy, so it's versatile. I carry in the bag my 15 inch MacBook and two iPads, three chargers and a few files. I am also able to fit in my phone and some pens and other office supplies. In the front pocket I was able to put three items each about the size of a card game. I only use the two upper clips to hold it to the base, since the bottom clips are harder to get to, and it stays put just fine. I replaced the inside computer sleeve with a thinner uncushioned case so I'd have more room inside the bag. I'm not worried about the computer not being cushioned since the leather is heavy and provides plenty of protection. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Fabulous Every Day Laptop Bag

Ordered this bag to use for every day commute to work with my laptop without having to put it on my shoulder. It has a separate laptop sleeve which Velcros into the bag and makes it easy to slide in and out daily while keeping my laptop safe. There are several extra pockets to bring work home daily and store the items I always want with me. I occasionally travel and will be able to use carry on (and only need take out the laptop sleeve) laptop bag. It is not large enough to be the only bag you take if you want to travel with just a carry on. However, I have found it is small enough to take as my personal bag and will stack on top of my other wheeled carry on. Love the quality; love the room, love the color; love the size Leather is a little stiff at first but it is going to last a long time.

Good quality

Really good quality and a good looking bag. I love the deep red. The only downside is that as the trolley is detachable, it's quite noisy when being pulled. However, the way it attaches and detaches is clever, meaning that if you were to just use the bag, there's no evidence.

AWESOME BRIEFCASE!!!

I debated over buying the bag for at least two years. I'm thrilled I have it now. The detachable wheel system in an awesome innovation. It's brilliant. I use it for presentations all over my community and traveling. The leather is gorgeous and it is stiff enough it will hold it shape for a long time. I told time to spray and polish it (like a leather shoe) so that if scuffed, only that layer is damaged and wipes away. it's only a few pounds and without the wheels, it is a classy looking briefcase. I get nothing but complements every time I use the bag. The weather-protector was well hidden in the detachable wheels, and works very well. The back is much quieter when rolling that my last couple of wheeled laptop bags. I completely, completely love the bag. Mine was missing the shoulder strap but I contacted Amazon and they are looking into it now. Only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. It's great bag!

Beautiful, love the color too.

I received the order as scheduled within free delivery option. Item is beautiful and will be sturdy during winter months. I look forward to using it. I tried other models with single handle and found that bag tends to flip as weight shifts inside. I learned the hard way, by purchasing backpack on wheels with single handle, which are not great in snow. So, best buy if you want something sturdy, is to get a bag horizontal with double handle.

Beautiful bag! Like the color even tho the red is lighter than I expected. Also, the bag is bigger than I expected but that's even better. Seems like a high quality leather and strong manufacturing (I haven't extensively use it so it's base on the first look). The mechanism to attach/release from the wheel base is extremely easy. I'm definitively recommending this product base on what I've seen so far. If it ever brake early after starting to use it, will update my comment about it. As for the shipping, arrived quickly, earlier than I expected but that again is a +.
