Perfect for multiple cords
This is an awesome set up. We use it behind my daughters dresser that has her tv and a sound and light machine. I like that I can turn them to the side so the thicker plugs aren’t sticking out making her dresser further away from the wall.

Functionality, Price easy Installation.
The swivel socket plugs are great. Allows you to plug in multiple devices and locate your table or entertainment center closer to the wall. Helps create a neater more organized look.

Great quality wall out with surge protector
I've become pretty particular on the type of brands I use for electronics, and cyberpower is a brand I trust. The price is decent the quality is amazing. The outlet ports swivel so it makes your cords last longer because they're not bent at a weird angle. Definitely would recommend buying this if you have something blocking an outlet or if you just need more outlets.

A bit tight/snug
The opening, for the sockets feels too tight/snug. It feels like I have to force the plugs in to the eyelet. Other than that I like the concept.

Beware can not be used in all outlets
This was an impulse purchase after seeing a recommendation from a social media influencer. Was planning to use for an outlet over my kitchen counter but sadly, there's an extra plastic prong on the back that prevents me from plugging it into the outlet. I've never seen anything like this. The plastic prong is not explained in documentation...there were no formal instructions, just a list of things not to do. I had 3 potential locations in my apartment I thought I could use but it doesn't fit any of those outlets. I'm in a newer apartment so some of the outlets have one plug and 2 USB ports. The kitchen and bathroom outlets are gfci ptotected. I assume the plastic plug actually plugs into one of the 2 plugs in a regular wall outlet. It seems to fit, but makes me nervous plugging a piece of plastic into an outlet, plus I don't need this functionality on any of the outlets where it would fit. To clarify the photos, this item does not fit the outlets pictured. The plastic prong prevents the metal prongs from going into the outlet. Still debating if it's worth the hassle to return. Very disappointed.

Excellent surge protector.
I use this in my living room since it has those helpful USB ports. I bought it two years ago so it's a bit different. Mine has 6 outlets and 2 USB ports in the middle. It's very helpful and would recommend.

It pulls itself loose from the electrical outlet
It hangs loosely from the electrical outlet. If you plug in a couple of transformer power adapters, just the weight will occasionally pull it so lose the power disconnects. This is a big problem for a swivel design aimed at fitting into hard to access locations. (If you only want to plug in a couple of lamp cords you don't need something this big and complex.) So only 2 stars. Looking back, other people had encountered this problem too, but they'd rated it 4 and 5 stars anyways. I should have read what they wrote instead of trusting the number of stars they used.

CyberPower CSP600WSURC2 Surge Protector is POORLY designed.
CyberPower CSP600WSURC2 Surge Protector is POORLY designed. It works very poorly. It only has one wall plug, and it fits into the LOWER receptacle of the wall outlet, not the upper receptacle. There is a single plastic round prong that fits into the upper plug, but it is loose. The result is that the top of the wall tap comes away from the wall, and so is basically unstable. I think that's the reason my internet connection is unstable, and my WIFI is even more unstable. I replaced it with a GE wall tap which has a 3-prong plug that fits into the UPPER receptacle, and a single plastic round prong that fits into the lower plug. In this configuration, the unit is stable when plugged into the wall outlet. With the GE wall tap, my internet connection is stable, and my WIFI works dependably.

Very specific requirements and it is just what I was looking for.
I was looking for a specific plug orientation (swivel with ground pin orient down) when I bought this and the Cyber Power device had what I required. There were others with the same configuration but this one had the highest Joule rating and it was, what I thought, a reasonable price based on other power protection devices I have purchase. It seems to be well made and both the power and USB outlets seem to "hold" a plug securely. Of course you never know how a surge protector performs until you have a surge and we all buy these things hoping we never have to find out. Therefore, because I have not and likely will never get a chance to evaluate it's primary function, I rated it a 4 star. In all other aspects I would give it a 5 star rating.
