Holds the air.
I took this pillow on a trip to give my hip a little support in bed and it inflated and deflated easily and did not leak air. I now even use it at home.

OK not great
The valve on this pillow stinks. I like the new style valves they are using on the other backpacking pillows. I just use this pillow between my legs to keep me inline when I go backpacking.

Very hard to inflate
The major drawback to this pillow is how difficult it is to inflate!! It's a cheap valve you'd find on a beach ball.

Great little pillow
I bought this to use on a red eye flight. It worked great, I didn’t fully inflate so that it could conform in shape to the window area of the plane. Worked great! I slept almost the whole flight and usually cannot sleep at all on red eye flights.

comfort for the field at an unbeatable price
This blow up pillow is an absolute game changer. I take this little guy with me when my unit goes to the field for FTX or any prolonged field problem. Let me tell you, nothing beats this thing when it comes to head comfort. Not even a rolled up woobie or rolled up extra uniform. Having a pillow in the field makes a huge difference the next day when you wake up. No, headache or neck pain that inhibit you to focus on the task at hand. Let me tell you there is nothing worse than waking up after a stressful night with little sleep and then running missions all day but on top of that you have a headache. It just sucks. Not with this little guy. Its cheap, easily foldable, and won't take up much space in your ruck or pack etc. Easy to blow up too. Small note: the color in real life is a little more on the light green side and not as dark as depicted here. Its not too crazy so you can bring it with you to the field.

Seems OK so far
I bought two of these because of the price and reviews. I haven't had occasion to use them because they're for an emergency supplies kit, but I did inflate them and leave them for 24 hours to see if they held air or leaked or whatever. No, they stayed inflated just as they should. But I nearly had a hernia blowing them up for the first time. This isn't a negative, though, a lot of the reviews commented exactly that. You just sort of have to persevere and pull the sides apart as much as you can when inflating for the first time. Also, I didn't realize there's a valve that closes at the base of where you blow them up, this prevents air from coming back out when you pause to take a breath. If I'd thought of that, I probably could have made life easier by poking it open with a toothpick. Note: when deflating, also open the valve with a toothpick so it deflates much faster and easier.

More comfy than expected
There is a valve inside the inflation tube so pinch it hard with your fingers or bite on it while inflating and deflating to make it go much faster and easier. The pillow is a good height and more comfy than I expected. You can adjust the softness by letting a little air out. It even comes with one repair patch. Nice little pillow for a good price. I have yet to sleep on it but I will be using it as a bottom pillow to support my tiny memory foam camping pillow.

Not bad!
Pas mal pour le prix, seul problème la première fois que je l'ai gonflé, je me suis redu compte que la valve de gonflement était pratiquement bouché, j'ai du prendre quelque chose de pointu pour la débouché, quand même un bon produit.
