Really Nice Glass

I really like it, well made, and solid, but be aware that it is thicker at the bottom than the normal glencairn, so at this moment i am not if i like it more, feel like with the glencairn i have better flavors than with this one, but maybe its just me, overall its a good glass

Better than Glencairn?

I really enjoy this glass. I have a few of the original Glencairn glasses, which I love, but I think I like this one better. It feels better in my hand with the bigger bowl! Will be adding more to my collection. Especially for the low price point.

Prefer this to Glencairn glass

I have a couple of these as well as a couple of the more common Glencairn glasses and I greatly prefer these. I'm sure it's mostly just personal preference, but this glass feels more balanced in my hand and seems less likely to be accidently tipped over.

A fine glass indeed

This is a fantastic glass especially for the price. Made from German lead-free crystal. A great alternative to the famed Glencairn. Opening is just a HAIR larger than the cairn. Probably by millimeters. The stem is nice and its really comfortable to hold. Its very nice for swirling and nosing. Having a pour of Woodford Double Oaked in it right now and I couldn't be happier. Glad I grabbed a pair.

Stem too short

Nice glass, I prefer it over a Glencairn. The bowl is slightly larger, and works great for whiskey, tequila, cognac or great gin-with-just an- ice cube. But, considering that the stem is meant to prevent your hand heating up the contents, the stem is too short. I have medium size hands, but it is awkward trying to grab the glass by the stem. For someone with big hands that seems basically impossible. I think the stem should be about an inch taller to make it more useful.

Really nice shape. Craftsmanship? Not so much.

Expert more delicacy from a glass at this price point. That round bulb at the rim and base is just inelegant and no fun.

Add some sophistication to your drink

This cup allows you to get put your nose in and savor the complexity of your drink before you taste it. If your “cup” the glass and warm up your drink (I drink bourbon) you can bring out some of the more subtle flavors.
