Creates additional counter space

As I mentioned in a previous review, I have a tiny kitchen. The sink takes up valuable space, and the serving tray is exactly the right length to fit across it while remaining secure. I intend to glue some non-slip shelf liner material on the outside edges to make it more secure, but even without this hack the tray can take a significant load of ingredients and utensils. It is now an essential additiion to my cooking process. If you have a small kitchen and intend to try this trick, measure your sink front to back - the tray should be just a bit longer than this measurement.

Fancy Cafetria Trays

From the pictures I had expected a branded and colored version of the typical cafeteria trays. While roughly the same size, the plastic is much more rigid and feels a lot more supportive so if you're transporting heavy cuts of meat to the grill this works great. I love the addition of two colors, easy to keep the red for raw/uncooked meat and the black for cooked to avoid cross contamination.

Sturdy & East To Use

This is a really nice system for grilling. You'll never have to ask for someone to go in for a plate to get things off the grill again. With the two trays you get, you have a red one for when you transport the raw meat, and a black one for when you've finished grilling and need to that charred goodness to your dinner guests. When you're done, just slap them in the dishwasher and move on with your life. Simplifies a task you didn't know you could make any simpler.

Good size and strength

I’ve read reviews about cracks. Idk, don’t drop em and hand wash maybe. Been a great size and durable over 10 or so blackstone cooks. Much better price than the BS tray. So far so good!

Great idea for grilling/smoking

Was looking for a tray to transport the meat to the camp chef from the house. Saw this and made perfect sense. Season your meat on the red tray. Deliver to the grill, then put the red tray under the black for a sterile tray to bring the covered meat inside.

Super sturdy!

Right away after opening the box and holding one of these trays I knew it was a good purchase. For any video review or any review at all for that matter complaining it came shattered, or warped etc... Yeah... That stuff happens. You just have to exchange it for a new one. Out of all the ones that get manufactured and sent out, things are going to happen. When you get it and it comes as INTENDED, it's perfect. Give it a shot if you are looking for something like this. And if it comes broken, get it exchanged. It's pretty simple. Good product! Now that said, these are a little heavier than I'd like, but nothing unbearable. But don't expect super light weight but also super sturdy, it seems these are sturdy do to the heft and thickness. Which again is no reason for ME to not like these. Just an observation. And that's where my negative thoughts on these end. Buy em, I'm glad I did.

Grilling Must Have

I love these trays. They are very strong and sturdy. Having two colors, one for prepping and one for serving are an excellent idea. I use mine everyday when I grill and don't have to use aluminum foil for prepping as cleanup is so easy. These are very sturdy and yet light when carrying the trays with your grilling meats on them. You don't have to worry about them giving away and your food falling to the ground. So much stronger than the old cafeteria trays we used to use in school. A definite must have for your grilling arsenal.

Dishwasher safe and sturdy

These are great. I got a set for myself and for my father. They hold quite a bit but not enough for a large cookout. The different colours are great to visually remind BBQ enthusiasts not to cross-contaminate. They go right into the dishwasher and come up very clean. Look out for sales as these are pricey at their regular price.

Excellent Addition for the BBQ

I can now dry brine steaks before hand without worrying about the salt corroding a sheet pan or investing in an expensive stainless steel sheet pan that might not be made from food grade material. To prevent warping I will just hand wash. Good product.
