Heavy duty and low maintenance
This is a super low maintenance and heavy duty cooker. It’s important for a rice cooker to handle lots of wear and staying plugged in for long periods of time. This cooker has been reliable since purchasing over a year ago. Highly recommend.

Rice stopped keeping warm from rice cooker
Has anyone else experienced the issue of their rice cooker not keeping the rice warm? While I am still able to cook rice and it warms up initially, the problem I am facing is that it doesn't stay warm afterwards. This is a great rice cooker but just a caution! I bought this rice cooker in late 2021, and after a year and a half, it stopped keeping the rice warm. Although I can still cook rice, I am unsure why the warming function is no longer working. Although this brand is supposed to be great, I am uncertain about its quality. The product came with a one-year warranty, which has now expired, leaving me unsure whether it's worth repairing the issue.

It works well like Korea's #1 brand
I just started using this at my restaurant and food truck. Looks and works well. But the reason I put 4 stars is it seems it uses more electricity than the other commercial rice jars. It trips at an outlet where other jar did not trip. Need description for power usage. Except for that, it looks sturdy and more room for rice. In Korea the brand is regarded as #1 as home rice cooker. I will update my evaluation if I have any chance. But so far, I like it.

If you are cooking more than 10 cups of rice, this rice cooker would be much better due to space..
I like it very much because rice taste much better. I cook rice about 8 to 10 cups of rice for a few days of supply for two and keep it in refregerator and warming up as needed. I felt that it is too big at first; however, it is not too big if you are planning to cook 8 to 10 cups of rice. Actually it cooks much better with better taste instead of using 10 cups size of rice cooker. You will need some space to keep this rice cooker because it is much bigger than 10 cups size of rice cooker.
